I loved it, I loved the quality of the material, backrest is great, it’s heavy and easy to clean. At first, it was a bit difficult to assemble, especially connecting the seat to the backrest. But once I figured it out, everything became much easier. I must admit I was surprised by the size of the couch, based on the pictures and other reviews, it looked smaller. It didn’t have that awful “new furniture” smell either. I absolutely loved everything about it. I usually don’t like black couches, as many look dull, but this one is truly beautiful in person 🥰🥰🥰. It arrived earlier than expected, though it came in two boxes on different days. I didn’t know it would be shipped separately, so I contacted the seller, and they replied within an hour, explained it comes in two boxes, and provided the tracking number for the second one. Suggestion to the seller: Please inform future buyers that the product comes in two boxes. ... show more

This was easy to put together and the chair is sturdy for a small apartment. My only issue is the backing. You need to lean the chair against a wall for the backing to hold up properly. Otherwise, looks great and it's comfy.

So awful, very thin and stiff cushions, back is at a 90° angle, barely any bigger than my 3 seat sectional. Creatures a lot of back pain. Update: you can get much bigger, much more comfortable boneless couch for same price, that's what one replaced this with. Another update: after i posted this review they reached out to me and offered a full refund. When I agreed they have me the run around mutiple times and were incredibly difficult to get in touch with, and when they did respond it got more and more ridiculous. First they asked if I had already returned the couch, outside the window after Amazon had already told me I could not. They then asked for proof that it was still in original packaging... how would i know how uncomfortable it was if I had never even opened the package? They were just trying to get me to change the review, well it worked. Very unprofessional and horrible communication. Don't waste your money on this trash. I'll be dropping this off at goodwill tomorrow. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love my purchase. I got 2 because I have a big family that likes to come over and all 4boxes arrived together within the week. The couch is firm which I like because I don’t like to sink into any couch. I know there were alot of complaints about the assembly and the latching of the screws. It was hard at first but by the time I got to the 2nd couch I mastered it. I would recommend and purchase again without hesitation ... show more

for the price I love this couch I mean little short for tall people but me I am 5 ft and it fits perfect and it's comfy and so easy to assemble only took me 35 min to put together with power tool 🔧 so I love it and the color
