I honestly can't understand why anyone would feel that this pop up tent isn't worth every penny. I have owned a few 10 x 10's and this is our 2nd 10 x 20 because our last tent had one side's metal collapse and bend during a big storm the evening before Thanksgiving (but even that one had been used numerous times and even still we were able to salvage it and makeshift it to get us through hosting our outdoor dinner with guests). We got this as a replacement and I am very happy with it. It held up, has all the bells and whistles that you could ask for, isn't plasticky or feels too light or cheaply made. This will for sure do it's job and have a long life and as I love to throw outdoor events for my guests at my home, it will surely be put to work beyond the few times we have used it already. But make no mistake: this tent is not a professional canvas tent that you rent for $550. Those are $1000's of dollars. So if you're looking for one of those then this tent is not for you. But for the money, it is excellent quality and robust and doesn't look or appear cheap at all. Also, the tote bag it comes in is by far a better quality than most of the sling bags these tents traditionally come in. I'm super happy!

BEST PURCHASE! We got so many compliments on this tent! We bought this last minute after realizing it was raining for my daughters birthday! It set up in 20 minutes, could have been 10 minutes but we put it on inside out at first. My husband and I, set up the whole thing by ourselves, and he and his brother took it down in 15 minutes by themselves. It held up through the rain, and thenbshielded us when the sun came out. It is even held up through the wind!!! We were supposed to anchor it down and forgot to do that, vut it somehow held its own and kept you guarded from the wind outside. We didn't even realize we didn't anchor it down until we took it down. The bag it comes in easily stores everything and we even were able to put it away wearing the canopy. It looks cute especially with the windows all around and we were able to easily put up and take downs walls.

As soon as I open the box I noticed the zipper slider was missing. Since I needed to use it i had no option to rip the zipper open now I don't have a functional carrying bag. the frame was easy to set up but it is a little flimsy. I'm only giving it a 1 star because If I wanted to return the product I have to pay for the shipping. you will be better off spending the extra cash and get a better quality product.

Overall this was great to be used during a transition phase of us moving into our house with out a garage. The structure held up well untill the rain kicked in and the breeze that comes in with the breeze. THe structure of the upper metal actually seared off at some of the joints to cause it to collapes. The fabric of the tent held up great with all the anchoring that came with it and never ripped. Again the only thing that broke was the metal upper structure. It was unfortunately a month after we got it so no was to get and warrenty out of it.

So I just want to state that no matter what I say after this, I still believe its a lovely tent, the hardware (the easy up metal structure) is solid, smooth and easy to use and set up. The tent material is thin and flimsy, I put up one of the sidewalls, without really any tension because I was hanging it not securing it on the sides, and hadn't unzipped anything when the stitching on the zipper gave way. It made an opening about 2.5 inches wide, separating the zipper from the panel material. I literally was just hanging it, so that was a bummer, and I am hoping it lasts longer then one use, we'll see. The tent itself is a beautiful very white color, the clear window panels are very clear and clean looking, my guests had no idea of the small separation on the zipper, the setup was really elegant, and the tent itself is very spacious. I am really hoping to get a lot of use out of this tent, everything else about the tent was really really great. I am still really happy I purchased it, and I still think its a really good value for the price. :)
