Read the other reviews, don't take my word for it. I should have researched more. The mop head was falling apart. Luckily the pedal didn't break like other people issues. Used it twice, went to return it, and the company said it's in no condition to resell it so they couldn't give me a full refund. After many attempts at back and forth saying they cannot resell it because it was defective. They ignored my request, charged me a restocking fee, and now they plan to resell a defective mop. Don't trust the terrible customer service of this company!! ... show more
