  • Excellent mop set and worth the price!
Color: Rinseclean Spin Mop & Bucket + 1 Extra R... Pattern Name: Cleaning System
LOVE this mop/bucket! Easy to use. Definitely keeps clean/fresh water instead of using the dirty. Well worth the price. I throw the mop head in the washer after each use and then into the dryer and has held up great! Best mop I have used. Easy to clean after using. Assembly is very easy. Absorbency can be up to you if you want it more wet or dry. Spinning is easy and does a great job ... show more

  • Better than the original single reservoir. Glad I bought it.
Color: Rinseclean Spin Mop & Bucket + 1 Extra R... Pattern Name: Cleaning System
I just tried this out after using one of the original Ocedar mop buckets. I can say that it works as well or better as the old one but you're not having to use dirty water. We have a dog that isn't house trained yet and not using the dirty water is a good thing. For some of the complaints I've seen. > The mop handle is too short.: The mop handle has 2 sections to extend. If you are complaining about being 5' 4 and its too short then you don't have both extended. I'm 5'10 and with both extended it is just fine. Read the manual. > Having to open and close the valve each time: You can leave it open. As long as the blue cap is in place, the water will flow in to the right level and stop. > Can't get the mop dry enough. To much water left in the mop: Spin the mop more and faster. Simple. > No manual. If you get the plain box, there is a printed manual. If you get the fancy box, it's on the bottom of the box. (Dumb, I know.) I do wish the mop was bit bigger and the reservoir held more water but it works well the way it is. The mop head is better than the original ones. I'd buy it again. ... show more

  • Handle breaks off when removing mop head
Color: Rinseclean Spin Mop & Bucket + 1 Extra R... Pattern Name: Cleaning System
There are some positives and negatives. The positives: The spin function is useful and I don't have to bend over and push a lever to squeeze the water out. I have arthritis and this is important to me. And I like that I can choose how much water to squeeze out of the mop. The bucket only holds about one and a half gallons so it isn't as heavy as my current buckets which hold about 3-4 gallons. I attach a pool noodle to my kitchen sink sprayer and the other end goes into the bucket to fill it, instead of lifting in/out of the sink. The pole is a decent length. The mop head is easy to attach to the mop base by simply pushing with a foot. Negatives: It has no wheels so if you need to move the bucket from the sink to a room you must lift it. Though the pole is a decent length, it feels fragile. Considering that many reviewers mentioned the pole snapping soon after purchase, and the fact that their replacements are just as fragile and don't have the same telescoping feature, I think this mop system is going to cost much more than the original investment. Though the mop head is very easy to attach to the base by pushing with your foot, the removal of it is a whole different story. The ad shows someone's foot stepping on the mop part and lifting the pole to seperate the mop head from the base , but this is absolutely not the case. The first time I used this mop and tried to take off the mop by stepping on it and pulling, the pole snapped off where it attaches to the red thing. Even using my hands to remove the mop caused the pole to snap right off, plus I had to get my hands all over the dirty mop. This is a weak spot in the design. Though the "wings" on the pole that fit into the matching side holes in the red thing didn't snap off I can see it coming very soon. This feature was one of the main reasons I got this mop system. -the spin feature (which works super great) and the easy mop on/mop off feature. This design flaw sort of defeats the whole concept of easy use for elderly or incapacitated users. I have to say that, right out of the box, those mop heads are super soft and fluffy. While unboxing, my cat took over the two extra ultra soft mop heads and settled in for a nap. A side note: Some people complained that when they spun the mop water flew everywhere. That was likely because they over filled the bucket. The instructions point to a "fill line" but I can't see it on the bucket itself. Maybe it's marked in black on the inside of the black bucket and is just hard to see. But if it is filled to just below the spin bucket then at least in my experience, no water spun or flew out. ... show more

  • Overrated, wasteful, and frustrating—stinky mop was the breaking point
Color: Rinseclean Spin Mop & Bucket + 1 Extra R... Pattern Name: Cleaning System
I honestly cannot understand how this mop set is so highly rated. I come from a country where we always take our shoes off at the door, have zero carpeting, and wash the floors every single week. I’ve been doing this since I was 12, so I know the drill. Looking to upgrade my simple flat mop to something easier, I went with this incredibly popular option. I used it exactly once and immediately sold it for half of what I paid. First, the bucket is massive and awkward to handle. You are supposed to fill it up and use that water only once. To clean our 1,500-square-foot home, I had to refill it three times! The whole marketing concept of needing pristine, fresh water for every single spin is ridiculous. For centuries, people have cleaned floors beautifully with one bucket of water. How dirty do your floors have to be to require a pool-sized refill for one cleaning session? It is a massive waste of resources. But the absolute worst part is the mop head itself. I vacuumed thoroughly beforehand, so the floors were already fairly clean. This mop traps dust but completely refuses to release it when you rinse it. You just end up dragging trapped dust in circles around the floor. Because it wasn't filthy, I rinsed it out as best as I could and put it outside to dry. It dried quickly, but it smelled awful. I assume people must run a washing machine cycle every single time they use it, just for one mop head. What a waste. The stinky mop was the ultimate dealbreaker for me. Instead of making chores easier, it just added the heavy lifting of constant refills and a smelly cleanup. I ended up buying a flat mop set that slides through a narrow slit to squeeze out the water. The bucket is small, light, and mighty. Nothing stinks, the flat head actually collects the debris without trapping it forever inside the fibers, and it is incredibly fast and effective. Even using the same bucket of water, my floors are significantly cleaner. Save your money and pass on this hype. ... show more

  • Pricey, Not Sure it's Worth the Price Point
Color: Rinseclean Spin Mop & Bucket + 1 Extra R... Pattern Name: Cleaning System
Although this makes moping a breeze to a point, it does seem over priced. The lever to keep water out of the clean reservoir until needed leaks. The mop head flips around, making it frustrating to mop. I worry about it scratching the floor surfaces. I will probably not use it on my wood floors for that reason. ... show more
