I originally received these as a gift and absolutely loved them, that was about 3 years ago & since then I’ve purchased them twice once for myself & once for my grandfather (which also loves them!) . As time goes on and as much as I sleep I’m a frequent napper, they do get worn down but these are the only pillows I will pay that much for two of them. I will say they take a few weeks of sleeping on to adjust to your head & shape out. They do flatten out after a few years but what pillows don’t? They also stay very cool so don’t gotta constantly flip them over. People think I’m crazy for spending that much money on two pillows but invest in your whole bed & I promise you you’ll sleep so much better. I am thinking I did not read the specs well enough on these pillows. These pillows are soooo huge, and one of the biggest issue is that they do Not squish down when laying on them as the videos show very unhappy with this purchase. These pillows came in a box totally vacuum packed so would be very difficult and more expensive to send back-and would need a huge box sooo not happy with these pillows at all they are even too big for the couch ... show more

This pillow almost gets everything write. It has a soft filling. Is not super firm but good enough for me. It’s large so it doesn’t have the greatest was of cleaning. It also isn’t the most adjustable pillow because of the size but this is not a huge downside. It’s also slightly cool but not cooling so the temperature is okay. It’s very easy to fluff out the pillows after they’re shipped the way that they came. The queen size pillows completely fill out my satin queen cases which I love. Lay on them, fluff in the morning to give them that full look boom! Pillows came clean and smelled fine as well.

These pillows awesome!!! I don’t sleep on them, but aesthetically, they are great! Super fluffy, they give my pillow shams the look I needed and wanted them to have. They seem to be a medium plush. A little more on the softer side, not firm.

When these are unpacked they are vacuum sealed and rolled up. I was amazed at how quickly they fluffed up after unwrapping. Very comfortable pillows. I replaced pillows that cost twice as much and these are much better. My husband normally had to turn his pillow, scrunch it up and is constantly repositioning with the old pillows but not with these. He slept more soundly and with less tossing and turning.
