The installation is very simple, I can finish it by myself. The APP has very comprehensive functions, including setting multiple passwords, multiple fingerprints, and it also can be opened with a key in case of the door battery running out. The sound of the door lock can be adjusted, and the door can be automatically locked. This is the reason why I bought a smart door lock. It is very convenient and it does not need manual locking after going out. Even more the automatic locking time can be changed. The initial installation and setup the app took me some time, but it is very convenient to use. Cons: The battery needs to be charged once a week; the video storage needs to be paid after one month.

First of all, this is a beautiful and sleek lock and it’s one of the easiest setup process I’ve had with locks. The instructions are extremely easy to follow and I was able to program the lock in less than 10 minutes. Only tip is to remember to charge the battery before setup. Once I set up the passcode and fingerprints, I downloaded the app. Setting up the device on the app was also very easy. I really appreciated how clear the instructions are and there are no extra steps. Overall, I love how you can video view the video, setup fingerprints and have the doorbell all in one.

I often lose the keys at home, very distressed, followed the advice of friends, bought this smart lock, to solve the problem of my lost keys, this smart lock is well-made, solid material, in addition to the key unlock there are other 5 ways to unlock, I like the smart lock fingerprint unlock function, really achieve a key unlock and lock. Read the instructions first then installed and programmed this lock. Here are a few things of note: Pros: 1. Looks nice. Installation was straight forward enough, except for one thing, noted in the cons. 2. Programming was easy. The notification tones are not obnoxiously loud like another unit I bought that never worked. 3. Convenient with the option to use different codes, vacation mode, auto lock, etc... Cons: 1. During the install, one of the steps says to test the latch can turn smoothly, although I followed and installed exactly per instructions, the bolt knob refused to turn. That wasted a little time as I tried to figure out if I did anything wrong. There's really not much that can be done wrong up to that point when it's aligning all the slots to orient the right way. I proceeded to complete the installation and prayed that during the reset the motor will engage and figure out which direction to turn the bolt. My prayer was answered. 2. The unit I received has only 1 key. I noted another reviewer indicating they had 2 keys. The 1 key and some open bags of screws falling all over the place suggest my unit might have been a return? Because it is working, I'm just going to keep it and get an extra copy of the key. 3. I haven't had a chance to use this much yet. In the 15 minutes of testing, it seems that once the auto lock engages, from the inside, the user has to apply a pretty good amount of force to unlock. From the outside, sometimes the lock engages and disengages 3 times before locking, as if it's trying to figure something out. 4. Once, I had to enter the code 2-3 times for it to unlock. I'm still at the learning / testing phase as this lock was just installed. I suspect the latch issues are related to the depth of the hole in the door frame. These electronic bolts look longer than the old manual ones. I think if I drill the holes deeper, a couple of these issues will be resolved. Because of this, I chose to rate the lock 4 stars instead of 3.

This doorbell has a high-definition camera, can be unlocked with fingerprints, and can also be unlocked with mobile phone apps. The battery life is strong. I have replaced 3 doorbells, and this is the best product in my opinion.
