    • Parent Handset Stopped Working
This monitor has been amazing! We LOVED the quality for the price and the range was phenomenal and we could go anywhere in our house and even in the yard with full coverage. We charge it at night (while in use) and we only use it during naptime during the day. We really like that we can talk through it, and that we can scan the full room. There are more perks that we haven't used. Video quality is good. Unfortunately, almost two months in the parent handheld set no longer connects to the camera. We have gone through all of the troubleshoot information provided and even reset the controls. We are so bummed since we loved this monitor! We messaged customer care and hopefully they can help us fix the problem. I will update if anything changes. UPDATE: After emailing with the company and going through product support we were unable to fix our current parent control. Tech support sent us a new device and parent control. I have loved using thing and am so glad their customer care is top notch. ... show more

We really enjoy this monitor. Having twins usually means we need 2 of everything, nit since this monitor is able to rotate and scan the room between thir cribs it's be perfect for us. The picture is decent. The sounds are clear. It does the job well. I will say I was heartbroken when the monitor handheld stopped charging. Thankfully a quick message to customer service got it all straightened out. Our new one is in the mail, at no coat to us. 10/10 recommend hellobaby ... show more

The monitor is pretty easy to use. Essentially, if the monitor and camera are close enough, it’s plug and play! My husband had no trouble setting it up initially, and we’ve taken it with us on vacation and have had zero troubles with connectivity. The coolest part is that the camera itself MOVES! Comparable brands of the same price usually don’t move, and are even more expensive. The image quality is acceptable for what it is, and especially for the price point. It’s unbeatable and is a much needed item for new parents. If you’re on a budget (or even if not!) this is the way to go. ... show more

    • Bought 2. Both monitors stopped working 😡
The media could not be loaded. TL;DR: I bought two of these and they both broke in the same way 6-8 months later. These are like the 6th monitors I’ve bought and I thought I finally made a solid purchase. I bought the first one Dec 2022 and liked it so much that I bought a second in April 2023 for my new baby. I loved that the monitor can be connected to 4 cameras so I could keep an eye on both with just one monitor, which was nice when the first monitor went out. It just froze up and stopped connecting to the camera. Now it’s Dec 2023 and the second monitor has gone out. I heard a siren-like noise then the screen went black and it won’t turn off or on. So the product lasts a couple months. Definitely less than a year. I’m extremely disappointed. ... show more

We have only had it up and running for less then 24hours, but its working great. Only thing i wish it did was make the screen brighter, in this photo it looks bright, but its not this bright its like 3 shades darker, i can still see our daughter just fine ( not in room at the moment) this photo makes it look bright, angle of the picture. We live in a townhouse and all bedrooms are on 2nd floor so this is super helpful when our 3 year old is playing in her room while i am doing things through out the rest of our home( baby gate blocking stairs uptop) It is 1000 ft range we haven't had issues with the monitor loosing connection. I have seen other reviews regarding wifi connection, but i havent looked into it as we are not having issues with range. The buttons all light up, night vision works great the screen is smaller then our first monitor and when zoomed out it doesnt cover as much area as the older one , but thats fine as long as i can see our daughter and easily locate her in her room and hallway I am totally at ease and it also has a 1 year warranty with the manufacturer, not with Amazon. This is our 3rd monitor, the first one we got in 2019 from the brand , Summer. It was fabulous but its getting old and loosing range/connection and that one was 700 range and we live in a 1007 sq foot home and it is only recently the Summer one startrd acting up so i know it works being different floors and wide rage because when we bought it we then lived in a 2000 sq. foot one floor house and it worked even on the other end of the house. We bought a different brand in December 2021 knowing the first one was getting old, we took it out of the box last Friday and it supposed to be 980 range and it is garbage, it only works if the monitor is literally 50 feet from the camera, i dont know if its just a defect, but of course our warranty was only 30 days with Amazon so i have an email into the manufacturer because it does have a 1 year warranty with it so i am waiting to hear back, but i have also seen terrible reviews on it , one being the monitor blew up, pictures on Amazon reviews the 2nd monitor is from the brand , ANMEATE. Thats my review, it kind of tells ya alittle bit about all 3 monitor, but if i can spare someone from buying the ANMEATE from seeing this review then yay , but i will wait to hear back from ANMEATE to leave my full review. ... show more

I’m really happy with this monitor! It’s been very easy to use and figure out. I really like that it doesn’t require WiFi and has the VOX (voice activated) mode. So, if I want the screen on constantly, I can turn the VOX mode to mute, or, if I only want the screen to come on when noise is detected, there are three different sensitivities to choose from with VOX mode. The camera has a wide area available to rotate to. I also like that the camera has a thermometer and will alert you if it gets too hot/cold, based on your preferences.
