  • Decent sound, even better when paired to blue tooth speakers.
Color: Espresso
This is my third try at a decent record player for my daughter. The box type had absolutely horrible sound. Player number 2 did not work at all. This was does the trick. If you played vinyl on your old stereo system and are expecting the same sound quality, you will not find it in any of these players, the speakers are small with no bass. I think the reviews on these players that claim great sound lost their ear buds and are playing music directly from their phones. This one has decent, not great sound quality. You will be happy playing it as is as long as you don't have memories of your $1000+ stereo system. What sets this one apart is that it is the only one in its price range with blue tooth out. Most have bt in, but who wants to play your music on crap speakers. I paired it with a Sony blue tooth speaker - an easy process. The better the speaker/speakers you use, the better the sound. The record player comes with an Audio Technica cartridge, a low end one, but a real company. Bottom line, for sub $80 this will do the trick for a new record owner. don't give away your stereo yet though. ... show more

  • Ease of using the player and the size
Color: Bamboo
Like the product especially the size of the player fits nicely on the shelve. When playing the Vinyl speakers are good and the sounds great. Would buy Again

  • Good sound and build for the price!
Color: Espresso
The Victrola Eastwood is exactly what I was looking for in an affordable record player. I listened to and used several different models and this one provides a very clear, balanced sound. The volume won't be loud enough to shake the room, but it is very comfortable for listening with a couple of people in a room. The built-in speaker box has a great balance of highs and mids. The bass is plenty enough for the variety of music I enjoy, but if you play super bass-heavy tracks, you might want to add some external speakers or subs using either bluetooth or through the RCA hook ups. The player looks fantastic just about anywhere you put it. Very classic in appearance, but easy to use. The auto stop feature when an album side is finished is great too, in case you leave the room or are distracted while playing. The only caution I would share is that the lid can get in the way and the records can rub on it if you try to raise the lid while an album is spinning. I choose to stop the album before opening the lid. ... show more

  • Great for a beginner or just a casual listener
Color: Bamboo
This record player offers some great specs for a lower end record player. For a casual player or beginner just getting into vinyl this is a great purchase! Although I wouldn’t recommend paying full price, buy it used or on sale.

  • Perfect gift for a new vinyl owner
Color: Espresso
This was perfect for my daughter, who is new to owning records. Sound quality id okay through the built in speakers but you can also "Bluetooth it" to your favorite portable speaker!

  • Very nice!
Color: Espresso
I first attempted to hook it up to a JBL BT speaker, with no luck. Got old the older BOSE BT, and like magic, it connected. Very good sound, from Queen to Pavarotti!

  • Great for the price!
Color: Bamboo
Very nice turntable. Looks fantastic, has lots of nice features like a switch to lower and raise the needle arm to eliminate scratching. The internal speakers have a nice, clean sound but they don't have a huge sound. I've found that connecting to external speakers through the bluetooth is a bit tricky. If I push the bluetooth out button it searches and doesn't seem to find it the first time regardless of how close the wireless speakers are or the order they are turned on to discovery mode. If it push the button...wait a second, push it again which turns the searching off (it will begin to then play through the speakers on the turntable), and then push it to search a second time, THEN it will connect. So a total of 3 pushes of the bluetooth button: One to search and connect, one to stop searching, once more to search and actually connect. It's a minor thing, takes a second...maybe I'm doing something wrong but I've tried several methods and this is the only way I've been able to get it to connect externally via bluetooth. Just something to keep in mind. Otherwise, it's really a fantastic turntable!! I would definitely buy it again, even with the tricky bluetooth. It sounds incredible connected to my soundbar!! The Audio Technica needle cartridge is top notch. ... show more

  • Simple
Color: Espresso
It's very simple to use and is definitely really good for the low price, the only issue with it is that the sound quality can sometimes be inconsistent at times but other than that it's really good.
