I heard about this bike from a YouTuber I follow and decided to give it a shot. Ordered it on Amazon. It arrived a few days later. Was packaged very well. Almost effortless to assemble. Most everything was already put together. I just had to remove all the packing material. Battery was already charged when I got it which was nice because of course I couldn’t wait to try it out. First ride was amazing! No issues at all. Now fast forward a couple of weeks. I’ve been riding this thing EVERYWHERE. I ride it about 15 miles home and back to work a day or 2 out of the week when the weather is nice. I ride it to the store when I’m picking up some water or a snack. It has tons of power, quick acceleration, a great top speed of 32 mph (although I’ve reach 39 going down hill) it had a super sturdy frame. Long travel ability with the huge battery it comes with. It’s HIGHLY customizable once you learn how to go into the advanced setting on the bikes screen and change things. It’s smooth and comfortable. Even does great off road. I can’t say enough good things about this bike. It checks all my boxes. Very well built. Seems like it’ll last a really long time. You just can’t beat it for the money. I have no complaints. Buy one. You won’t be disappointed Update: 04/21/24 I began having some issues with the bike randomly turning off while I was riding it. Usually when I would hit a small bump in the road. I would have to stop. Turn the key off. Turn the key back on. Then start the bike up again. I reached out to Victrip’s customer support directly (not through Amazon) they had me send them a video of what it was doing. And they just put a new battery in the mail for me. Plus offered me a free gift bag for my troubles. I really am happy with the outcome and glad they stand behind their warranty. Great company ... show more

Came practically fully assembled, lots of features, fast 30mph speed and lots of power. Only problem was front break came a little weak and needs fixing and battery does get weaker at 2nd bar but is normal. Overall the best e-bike for the price to easily get 50+ miles on throttle alone!

I’ve had my bike for about 3 months and ridden it daily. It has so much power even for going up steep hills the pedal assist is so good and if you don’t feel like paddling, you can just use the throttle. I’m a bigger girl and it doesn’t have one problem. I bought the long range batterie and it goes for a really long time before I have to charge it. I take my daughter to school and pick her up we go everywhere on it. I think it’s made extremely well and most definitely worth the money. The only problem I’ve had with it is the reflector on the wheel rattles from time to time however, it doesn’t bother me bad enough to fix it. If your looking to get this bike for the price you won’t regret it. Oh, one last thing you can adjust the settings to your needs meaning when I first got the bike, it was set that the pedal assist would give you 50% of the power which was way too much for me. You get on it and it was like blowing off your seat. It was so much power so I adjusted it so it was more like 25% of the power in pedal assist gear one. It’s easy to do. There is a YouTube video on it and it just have to go in the settings and adjust it. There is also a really bright light for night riding. We will be buying another one it’s so much fun my husband fights with me over who gets to ride it. ... show more

Edit:) First week. Battery hold down giving just enough play to turn system off if i hit a good bump. - I think I am just going to use a strap to fix this. Prior long range scooter rider, wanted a long range bike with some cargo strength. First day impression. - I like it a lot. Some things caught me off gaurd, but I am ok with adapting to it. - I had it shipped to a UPS Mail box. Completed unboxing and riding in parking lot of UPS in 10 minutes. -Quick build time. - PROS: - power - cargo - battery life Cons (or not cons just needing to adapt): - I was hoping to be able to use the pedals and then hit the throttle at my will.(not use pedal assist). Unless I am just doing it wrong, you have to be in a pedal assist mode to use throttle. This doesn't sound so bad until you realize the pedal assist lags. You pedal a second or two then the motor kicks on. You stop pedaling the motor continues a second or two. I'm sure I'll adjust. I just wish it had a pedal-throttle mode so i could control it slightly better. - 20x4 tires look serious but are wimpy. Thorn popped the rear tire in first 20 minutes. After some reading on Google it seems it's common for most inner-tubes...... they have stronger tires or stronger inner tubes. I found better tires on Amazon. This is not a big issue. The bike is worth it. I'll get my own tires. Excellent bike! ... show more

Owned my bike about 8 weeks. But i havent been able to use it for almost 3 weeks now! At first, I drove this bike about 4 to 5 weeks. Went ok for a while. Drove over a Manhole cover. Both wheels went over it and that's when the trouble started. Rear motor dies. No response. Battery, controller and all controls seem to work. But no response. I contact seller. They do NOTHING but give me a trouble shooting list that I already did before contacting. But I humor them with no affect. Later, at home, the rear tube seemed to pop foe no reason. Seemingly, for no reason. Long story short 2 more tire tube later, i found metal shrapnel, about the width of a hair and about 2 cm long, inside the tire tread. Still doesn't hold a tube or air. So, I can't use it as a bicycle either. So this was a waste of 1500$ for customer service alone. I got this to try and make my 5 mile walk to work easier. It was for about 1 month i guess. DO NOT TRUST! Do Not Use this company! ... show more
