These knifes have been my families favorite knife for over 25 years. The first one I got as a gift and I haven’t looked back. They are very sharp and keep their sharpness for years and years without need of sharpening. Great for cutting tomatoes, slicing through a bagel and even finely mincing things like onions and garlic. They feel good in your hand. I’ve probably bought about 15 of these over the years just because we like to have about five out and in operation everyday. I’ve never had one break on me. But they do mysteriously disappear. Recently I’ve lost about four over this last year so I decided it was time to restock. This pack of six (blue) is just what I needed. Great value. ... show more
