Husband has vastly decreased mobility. This chair keeps him more upright vs lying down all day. He can easily get out if it due to its lift mode. The pricee was very good compared with furniture store chairs. Relatively easy to assemble. Recline, upright, lift... all works really well. The heat , vibrate, massage not as good so if that is primarily what you want maybe look elsewhere. But for a great recliner, good quality leather, easily assembled and a good price , this is it. Very satisfied..

This product is one I will purchase again. It provided all the amenities needed and the comfort desired. There was an issue where the chair stopped functioning but after contacting the manufacturer. The issue was resolved with ease. They worked with me to identify the problem sent a replacement and conducted a follow up to insure all was well. Best customer service ever received!! All I have to say is that this lift chair greatly surpassed my expectations! The lift and recline feature is smooth and quiet. I just had back surgery, so it really helped me a lot! I can feel the thick and soft foam wrapped around my body, but also has a great support. More comfortable than any of my other chairs!! I am 5'7" and 200 pounds, the seat is wide enough for me. Love the color of the chair and the texture of the leather, which looks attractive and easy to clean! It was shipped in 2 sturdy boxes and easy to put together. I'm glad we purchased this chair and definitely recommend it! LOVE IT!

mom likes it, that's important. There is one big problem (so I will only give 4 stars): the control for the vibration and heat is printed in very small letters so you need a microscope to see which buttons to push to control the chair. This is a big problem. Maybe I should only give 3 stars.
