I love this chair it works great for me, I’m 5’10. BUT!!! The way it’s assembled, the arms feel a little weak. The arms/sides of the chair attach by sliding on with a bracket. (Very easy to assemble the chair) But because of this design, when I press down on the arm(s) of the chair, I hear a small noise. I fear that if I put enough pressure that the brackets holding the arms/sides to the chair will come off. I don’t think it’ll happen for me because I’m aware of this issue. But I fear it for someone who sits in the chair of my guests or any other buyer from here. So that’s the drawback you should be aware of. Besides that, I LOVE this chair! It’s comfortable! It swivels and rocks perfectly! the price was great! It arrived in 2 boxes, one was very heavy and I couldn’t move it on my own. The vibration is very basic, nothing fancy but I like it for when I’m reading. I honestly haven’t tried the heat setting yet. But I love it!! I spilled some raspberry sauce on it the first night but it came off very easily by just wiping it away. I highly recommend this chair just be aware of the sides. I wouldn’t recommend sitting on the arms so if you have children you may want to rethink this one. I did that a lot as a kid! ... show more

VERY DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE. THE GUIDES WERE NOT ALLIGNED. WHEN I ASKED TO RETURN THIS DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES AND IT NOT WORKING OUT FOR ME THE COMPANY WANTED SHIPPING (ALREADY PAID $ 1O0 TO SHP TO ME PLUS THEY WANTED AN UNDEFINED RESTOCKING FEE. THEY GAVE ME A WHOLE $44 crdit to keep it. the chair is very nice so will keep it for company but don't do business with these folks is my take on the wholr thing. ... show more

Pretty but the leg recline isn’t a good feature. Weird to pull a plastic handle for the leg lift and hard to push down when your done!

I bought chair thinking it would be perfect after my back surgery. The heat & massage element sounded great. Received chair & tried it out. Sorry to report, not at all comfortable. Hard seat, heating element is just enough to feel a smidgen of heat, vibration is sadly, minimal. I guess I was hoping for the five-star chair treatment! I had to return it, much to my disappointment. I did have to pay for return fees, which was as much as the chair costs. I was told I'd get my return by Shipper. So it was a wash-wash buy! ... show more

Pros: 1. Extremely quick and easy to construct 2. Handsome-looking pieces of furniture 3. Fabric is great, it looks smooth like leather but feels warm like suede. Cons: 1. There is only one major point against the chairs, but, for us, it is a big one. We both find them very uncomfortable - in fact, unusable - for napping. The stuffing is very firm and has no 'give', and there is no neck support. (I should mention that we are both under 5'6" so this may not be true for all.) They are OK for reading and watching TV, but we also like to use our family-room chairs for napping. We now have to move elsewhere for our naps. Because this is a significant downer for us, I gave the product only one star. (If you're like me, you never read the 2-, 3-, and 4-star reviews.) 2. I felt that the seat was higher on one side than the other. We are quite sure we clicked all the pieces firmly into place, but the chairs are indeed slightly lopsided. I checked with a spirit level and at the front of the seat they both incline from left to right, i.e. there is a half-inch difference in height between the two sides. My husband doesn't even notice the difference. I'm aware of it, but it doesn't really matter much. ... show more
