We have an outdoor wood burning fire pit and fireplace, but I don’t like having the wood smell and smoke at times. This is exactly what I wanted to stay warm and have the serenity a fire offers, without the smell and smoke of a wood fire. This was very easy to assemble. However, once we had it together, we could not start it by using the push button on the starter. We would turn the gas on and use a little gas torch to start it. I emailed the company and was very pleased with how they walked us through options to try to fix it and finally they sent us a replacement part and now it works beautifully! Very impressed with this purchase and especially the service the company offers and how they stand by their products. This fire pit is very sturdy and looks really nice and very well made. We did purchase the glass to go around it, because we live in the country and get some open winds on our hill, and this helps to keep the flames from blowing around. If you do not have high winds, you would be fine without the glass, but the reflection of the light on the glass just makes it that much prettier!

First off the assembly instructions were accurate and easy to navigate and follow. The faux stone side panels are a let down as they loom great, but they seem very cheap. The side panels are made of a painted and textured foam with wooden inserts molded into the panel where screws attach. Only issue i had with thw assembly was the propane bottle drawer was missing some screws attaching the faux stone panel to the drawer frame, being a hoarder of all things hardware, i had some screws to make it work. After fully assembled and all screws tight, the fire pit still sways side to side a little, so its not the most rock solid thing I've seen, but it'll do at least until our next PCS. It would benefit some cross member structural supports between the top of the faux stone panels and the table top. Overall, very happy with this firepit and can't wait to use it constantly this fall.

All in all, I love the table. Although I really wanted the black frame, I bought the lighter colored one because the fake stone looked to be more like the other stonework on my patio. It was much lighter than it appeared in the picture, and I wish I had gone with the darker stone and black frame. It wasn't terribly difficult to assemble, although the instructions could have been a bit more detailed. I didn't go with the professional assembly, and I don't think it would have been worth the price to do so. It's actually larger than I would like, but that is necessary to accommodate a full size propane tank. I got it just in time for summer in AZ, but have used it several times on chilly evenings. It works as it should, and produces a good bit of heat. I would recommend it.

The Chinese have an abundance of unskilled/semiskilled labor. Everything is designed with no regard for simple assemble, usability, maintainability, or ergonomics. They are wonderful people (government sucks) but they think entirely different than Americans do concerning design, manufacturing and product development...............and they do it all on the cheap; which in turn attracts companies who are only interested in the bottom line. The fire pit is very nice when assembled and functions okay.....for the time I spent fooling around with small cap bolts and misaligned welds of female bushings I could have "fabbed" it myself. The finished/assembled product looks nice but will not last beyond 3 to 4 Texas yearly weather cycles.

Purchased this firepit for Mothers Day 2022. The delivery was very fast and assembly took 2 hours. This Fire Pit is very sturdy and built well. I read the other reviews stating that it was manufactured cheap....however, the Fire Pit I received and assembled was excellent quality. I bought the wind guard along with the Fire Pit and it does protect the flames allowing a very nice quality output. I would rate the Fire Pit a 9.5 out of 10. The only drawback (0.5 deduction) is with the controls....it would have been better if the controls were inside of the unit along side of the Propane Tank. There would be plenty of room for that detail. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase!
