The vibration plate trend got me, but I’m happy it did! I’ve been using this for 10-30 minutes each night and I’ve noticed a lot of health improvements. It’s important to note that I’m not using this for weight loss or fat loss - mostly as just a way to get my unmotivated body moving. I’m relatively healthy as well. Biggest thing I noticed is that this helps with my anxiety! Something about the shaking just helps to release everything. It’s also helped with digestive issues! I definitely notice it getting the blood circulating in my body. I love the resistance bands that come with this one. It’s helpful to get a quick arm workout in while I’m standing there. You could easily shorten them too if you needed more resistance or wanted to use them sitting down. The remote is a huge plus - I can adjust the vibrations as needed. I was using the programs as first but lately I’ve just been putting it in manual mode and adjusting myself. I do wish this was a tiny bit wider. I see a lot of people sit cross legged on theirs and there is no way I could do that (I’m 5’7 long legs). I have nothing to compare the sound level too but it’s not super loud. Now if you have it full blast and you get off of it - it will be loud and move around but that’s what I like putting mine on a cheap yoga mat. I got this vibration plates about a week ago and have used it everyday since it arrived. I started looking into vibration plates because I read that they can help improve symptoms from chronic pain conditions. Little did I know how much I would grow to love this machine. It did take a couple of uses to get acclimated to the sensation, as it was very strange the first use. I have since learned that it has many benefits. I have even started using it for a few minutes prior to my workout to warm up my muscles and then I use it again after my workout. I’ve noticed that it really improves my sore muscles. The machine is incredibly easy to set up. I appreciate that it comes with a remote. I also have limited space and this one is easy to move around as needed.
