My husband has been researching quite a few shavers out there, including professional ones. Here’s his review - I followed someone else’s advice, who cuts their hair at home, which is what I do. After many hours of research, this is the one I chose and ordered. I am very impressed with the reliability, durability, quality, plus the feel that this shaver/trimmer has. The one thing I find a tad off is the adapters. Anyone who cuts their own hair knows adapters go from 1-7 for cutting your hair. The ones that come with this system, if you’re using a #5, it’s more like a number 3 1/2, much means your hair will be a little shorter than you want it to be. The unit came in fully charged, which was impressive. It’s quiet, powerful and after using all 3 pieces, fell in love with them after the first use. It even came with an apron. The one thing I would add to make this even better, is a pouch to put all the adapter pieces in.

The media could not be loaded. I’m a licensed professional and didn’t wanna spend a lot of money for some new cordless tools for work. Found this on Amazon and thought I’d give it a try. Just received today (shipping took about a week with prime) and did a test haircut as soon as I opened the package. I was comparing the clippers to my whal magic clips. The sound alone is much quieter, but the way it sounded made me suspicious of the cutting quality of the VGRpro clippers. Using the clippers they did just okay enough to get the job done, however it took longer to cut the hair clean than what my whal magic clips would’ve. I loved the trimmer and balder/razor! 10/10! For those who say the razor doesn’t give a close shave, for these types of razors you have to cut down with trimmers first (no guard) and then use the balder/razor for that really close, clean shave. These will NOT cut hairs that are too long. Trimmers are lightweight and slices through the hair with the slightest tap! Awesome! I have not gotten to test the nose/ear attachment yet, but I love the adjustable speeds and locking feature on these trimmers and the balder! For the price point of $70 these tools are excellent! Will probably use the VGRpro clippers as a backup if my Wahls die on a busy day (rarely), but I’ll be switching to the VGRpro trimmers and balder for everyday use! Will give an updated review in a few months! So excited to use at work tomorrow!

I bought this product because of the reviews. I don’t usually leave reviews; however, I am compelled to review this product. I love the idea of electric shavers, but have never purchased one that worked for me (I have purchased 11 different shavers). The price point of this product made it worth it, since I was in the market for new clippers and edgers. I tried the product about 15 minutes after it came. I am super stoked. Within 30 minutes, I had a clean face, edged hair line, and a low cut with a fade taper. “Sexy in seconds.” Everything came charged and feels heavy duty. The only criticism I have is the design of the edger (trimmer). I don’t understand why designers keep making fat heads around the blade. The best thing I have done with edgers in the past is take an electric saw and cut off the portion around the blade. This allows open access, which produces cleaner and more symmetrical lines. I love the design of these edgers (all of the products) so much that I don’t want to cut it. If you improve this design flaw, you have a perfect product. I hate to give you four stars, because truthfully, you probably deserve five, but this design critique, in my opinion, is evidence that the complete product is less than perfect. In the pictures I share, one is the edgers that come with this product and the other is one whose design matches my preference. I will continue to use the product and will adjust my review should the quality of the product diminish unreasonably fast. GREAT PRODUCT!

Great clipers love them. I would have paid more if the case had foam fitted molding instead of the plastic. I would like to keep these clippers in outstanding condition. They are fantastic. They are so quiet. I have gotten many compliments saying they can't even hear the clippers. They do a fantastic job fading they cut like a dream. Favorite pair of clipers. Built heavy duty they feel amazing in your hands.
