Doesnt have good spread and the handle that opens and closes the door stuck open and wouldnt close allowing the seeds to just drop out of it. This is probably the worst item I ever bought on Amazon ,and I bought it earlier so when the weather was right I would have it. That won’t happen again! Because now I can’t return it! This walk behind spreader did not work from the start ,it either hardly put down any product or it put down too much. The adjustment knob didn’t seem to work right and it also barely spread as wide as the spreader. I was spreading lime that was in 50 lb bags, cut it to half a bag and still no luck. All I can say is don’t waste your money and time on this piece of junk!!! Very disappointed

I purchased a VEVOR Behind Spreader Model TC2135. Delivery was late by less than a week and it did not have the metal grate pictured on the Amazon description. It was very easy to assemble and there were no missing parts. My main problem with the spreader is that the dispensing ports do not close when I release the control lever with a load (40 lbs or less) of pelletized lime. Once the spreader has been loaded and opened you must continue spreading until the hopper is empty. You cannot close the dispensing ports when turning or moving to a new area. Once the spreader is cleaned and the hopper is empty the ports close correctly. The problem appears to be inadequate spring tension to close the ports with material in the hopper. Also, the pelletized lime seems to jam between the movable flaps in the ports and the bottom of the hopper creating friction that the return spring action is unable to overcome. Another issue I have is the poor owner's manual provided with spreader. It uses terms like control lever, dispensing lever, dispensing flap, flow control arm, drive pin, etc. without ever identifying these parts on an illustration. I find this is a common problem with Chinese manufactured equipment. Finally, like many other users I observed that the spread width is much smaller than other spreaders I have used. The bottom line is that this spreader cannot be used as described in the instructions.

For almost $100 I was expecting a big upgrade over my prior cheap big box store spreader. But this product is flimsy and not at all heavy duty. Returned as soon as I unboxed it.

Well built spreader, but NOT recommended for spreading Casoron. I have to admit that I should have researched spreaders more thoroughly before purchasing this Vevor spreader. It arrived promptly, was easy to put together and appeared to be well built. The balloon tires make for easy walking over bumpy areas and the large bin should make spreading faster. I believe it would serve well for many fertilizers, mulch, seeds and wood chips. However, it did not serve my personal need to spread the pre-emergent Casoron. After contacting the company, I was most pleased with their understanding and cooperation in allowing me to return the spreader for a full refund. Many thanks to Mohammed for his patience and professionalism.

Like it a lot, have purchased many other VEVOR products and happy with the quality, value. It was time to stop wasting hundreds on Scott spreader over the years (they only last 2-3 years and I take good care of my tools).
