    • A great spreader for a zero turn
This is a new product from Agri Fab and I was eager to try it. Here is my honest opinion for the zero turn electric spreader . The shipping took a little longer than stated however that may or may not have been Agri Fab, it could have been a mixup with Amazon shipping. The box arrived and upon opening it kinda takes your breath away when seeing so many nuts, bolts, washers etc. After watching the you tube video showing assembly I carefully laid out all the nuts, bolts, washer and parts and started the assembly. The enclosed directions and clearly shown photos allowed easy assembly. A few minor problems but a simple phone call and Agri Fab sent what I needed to complete the process. The only real problem I found was with the Hitch Mount Bracket. It does not allow slide on and off to the Hitch Mount. The bracket is just a fraction to narrow to slide on and off. AgriFab sent a new bracket however it has the same problem. I used a grinder to grind some off the hitch and had a body shop use a hydraulic spreader to enlarge the hitch mount . In the end I simply just loosen the bolts holding the hitch mount bracket and it will slide off and retighten when putting back on zero turn. The spreader works very well and I spread 200lb’s with no trouble. The hopper gate works smoothly and the motor switch and gate control are easily reached from zero turn seat.     • Argo Fab spreader received damaged
Receive the spreader this afternoon. Arrived on my front porch and the box was heavily damaged. When I opened it it had already been used. The hopper had a huge cut in it. All the parts were scratched up. Terrible delivery

    • well made poorly packaged.
The unit was fitted on a Gravely STR in spite of what they say it cannot be done. I removed the name plate, removed two small triangle braces that seemed to have little need as they support the bar that the name plate is attached to. The kit came in a box delivered by FedEx with a hole in the bottom with all the screws and etc. scatted and missing, as the Co. placed a lot of heavy metal component's in a ZIP lock bag to rattle around and break open, not to bright. I have a fairly well supplied shop so I was able to get it all together. It worked well for 3 bags of fertilizer then the motor died, they replaced it with no question. It appears to be made by that large oriental country, which is known to me as selling poor quality. I really like the unit and it saves me the cost of having another way to spread fertilizer. Does not fit badboy zt elite without making your own mounting parts. The overall construction is poor. Parts not well fitting if you get all of them. Will update if I ever get it working.

The spreader arrived with many scratches on the metal frame as well as the tubes. Hopper was damaged with scratches also. If I didn't need it the day after it arrived I would have sent it back for a refund.

    • Don’t buy this one
This is the cheapest thing I have ever bought motor won’t spin with a full hopper and the cable bent so now I can’t open or close the little shoot. Very bad experience with this
