I ordered this to replace an 8 year old awning cover that has been on it's last leg for a bit and was starting to just fall apart. This new one fit perfectly and looks so much better and does not leak which is the most important. I installed this on a half-electric/half-manual awning and depending on which type you have I would suggest looking some videos up on the internet as there are no instructions provided. Besides, depending on the type depends on how you get the ends off to slide the new awning on. I would recommend two people to install this but the worst part was getting the old one off. Overall, this seems to be a great replacement and smells initially exactly like a pool liner and it is pretty thick. It does have some creases in it, but I left it up for a few days and those went away. I really think this is priced well and am so glad that I ordered it.

I was careless and let a thunderstorm destroy my awning. This replacement saved me a ton of money compared to the one they tried to sell me at the place I bought the camper. I decided to give this project a try and SAVE some money - I have already learned my lesson about leaving the trailer unattended when we go out!. This 3ply PVC fabric was easy to install and makes our camping trips cooler again now that we have an awning. Their "Poly cord" makes installing so much easier than I thought it would be. After getting the loop up in the roller grove, (This is a 2 man job) I just pull the poly cord into the fabric loop and it secures the awning in place in the groove. The trailer end is easy also using the same poly cord method for ease of installation. Instructions are detailed for the DIY to successfully undertake this task instead of having to pay some trailer company employee a extremely high cost per hour to do this job. VEVOR has become my go to company for first searches when I need something at our house! I highly recommend this awning replacement if you have an OPPS like I did.

This RV awning from VEVOR is extremely good quality for the price. The listing is very helpful in explaining how to measure the awning based on our existing camper awning. The instructions on how to properly install the awning are also very clear. In my area we are currently in tornado season so the 50 to 60 mph winds have not given us a calm day to install this awning. I have unboxed the awning, checked it for size as well as any possible problems and quality. Just like the listing shows the VEVOR brand is on the front right of the flap. I knew this one I ordered, but it is much larger than I expected. I’m not a big fan of advertising for someone when I am paying for their product. Based on the huge logo, I am rating this product four stars. Our old awning had dry rotted, and there was no way to save it. This will save us many dollars and keep our lawn chairs and outdoor cooking area dry during the inevitable downpours that happen wherever we go camping. I hope my thoughts, opinions and photos help someone trying to decide if they want to purchase and install a new awning on their camper or RV.

I was new to long-term RV use for a job and not used to proper care, so went to work one day and left my identical awning all the way out with tie-downs not installed. A freak wind happened that day. My awning was flopping around due to stretching along a line of maximum stress when I came "home". Nothing ripped, and I still used it less far out when home. It will make one pretty, long lasting tarp. Live and learn. I had no hesitation replacing with the exact, same awning from Vevor. I will use it when I'm present, as now I've paid for my education. You'll find the correct primary color matches similar color schemes for your RV and looks really good. Remove two screws, slip out the old and in with the new. Replace two screws. Secure it properly and it will last many years.

This is a great deal for awning fabric. The most important part of ordering awning fabric is the sizing. This awning fabric listing gives detailed instructions on how to measure your awning to make sure you order the correct length. I have an 18 ft awning, which according to this listing I needed to order the 17'2" length. The awning I received measures about 17'1" rolled out on the floor so I am sure it will be 17'2" when it's stretched and installed. The quality of the awning seems as good as the last one of a different brand that I ordered, maybe a little better even. The price of this awning is the cheapest I have seen so no complaints there either. This type of awning normally only lasts about 5 years for me, for the price I think this is a steal.

This is a well constructed heavy vinyl awning replacement fabric. Fabric is thicker than the original and has a very attractive color scheme. Installation takes two people as you need to remove roller to complete installation. Installation instructions are very detailed. Product is a great alternative to much pricier oem solutions available.

This is the okayest awning material I've ever used. It is not typical awning thickness - I'm not sure just how much it's going to block. I can't speak to how long it will last, but many RV Awnings last for years, so we'll see.

This requires a LOT of prep in order to install, as well as a degree in engineering, apparently! You need tools you will probably need to buy, like a pop rivet tool, because you're drilling out the rivets on your shade bar and reinstalling new rivets. Then there's a chance that your area for sliding the fabric in and out is too wide or too narrow for the threader on the awning (it has to be about 5mm or so). There's just... a lot of detail that goes into reinstalling a torn awning. It's almost worth getting this and having a professional install it for you!!
