Product may be defective. I use this machine as a back up machine for when my regular one is being serviced. The upper thread constantly breaks due to friction somewhere between the tension disks and the thread uptake arm. There appears to be no way to lubricate the area. Additionally, this machine is much smaller than one would expect so it is difficult to change the needle, thread the needle, or anything that requires one's hand to be inside the arm of the machine. ... show more
