The touchpad behaves very strangely; under Windows Explorer, it moves backward to a higher-order folder by itself (makes it a nightmare to work) or acts out of suddenly like the cursor not being visible, etc. Its maximum battery life is about 4 hours and 18 minutes under low load. The battery lost 56% of power during 2 hours and 9 minutes of normal usage. Also, under "battery saver mode" it loses 19% of its battery within an hour under a normal workload. During initial installation, it shows multiple ads to buy McAfee repeatedly, etc. It's also very pro-Microsoft and makes it hard to load Google. Transferring a file with a longer name from the computer gives an error message that the "Destination path is too long----." The shipping packaging was not well enough to protect the laptop from shocks as there was a lot of space left surrounding the laptop (company packaging), so it could be tossed (inside the outer shipping packaging; the cushion was only a single sheet of packaging paper) and may act as an addition to make the computer further physically defective. ... show more

This laptop has the speed and capabilities to do everything I need I have multiple devices running multiple monitors and responds quickly and adequately. I would give this device 5 stars based on how it operates. However the super annoying thing is it's loaded with crap they try and force you to buy like McAfee etc. It's also very pro Microsoft and makes it hard to load Google. Other than that I love it.
