The media could not be loaded. This is by no means a professional grade machine but it works with little to no issue. I did modify the lower plate with some heavy duty drawer slides to help with bulkier garments as placing a hoodie on it is challenging as is. Now it should get me by until I can purchase something like a Hotronix. ... show more

    • Cheap flimsy plastic will crack

The pole in the back that holds the top plate on, sits in a plastic covering. Over time the plastic will Crack. Even before it cracked the plastic would bend back when pressing the top plate down which creates less pressure. Now the bolt at the bottom that holds the pole to the top plate in place has completely ripped out and stripped the inside so a new bolt will not even screw in. I have to throw this out. Only had this about 8 months, but issues started right after purchase. I will make sure to only purchase presses that are completely made of metal.. no plastic! ... show more

I have my own business and I wanted to add another heat press but a swing away one this time. This product is great - easy to use for the most part. The only complaint I have is I can't get the timer to start and stop so it continuously beeps as I am pressing. Not a big deal and I go by my phone for timing on it. More of an annoying noise as I am working but not a big deal. I am sure if I play around with it more I can figure it out. Very sturdy and a great product over all. I was undecided over which heat press to purchase. I originally though of purchasing a top down press, but was concerned about burning my hands while placing the T-shirts flat in towards the back of the machine. I don’t know if this is a valid concern, as I purchased this one with the swivel top. I’m very happy with the ability to manipulate the placement of the shirts and the stabilizer I use on them (I make T-shirt quilts). I only needed a heat press to do this, so I didn’t need a fancy more expensive heat press. I’m very happy with this choice!!! ... show more

    • Just ok! I like it WHEN it works properly
Control box rattles, temp changes. Now stuck in Celsius and can't get it to change back. I do like the heat press when it works properly! Contacted Amazon & they can't do anything. Have emailed company a few times & have not heard back.
