I am very happy with my heat press. I am new to creating products with heat transfer with vinyl or sublimation. It was easy to put together and so far, I have had no issues. I have pressed many tshirts already and everything has come out very well. I would purchase again.

It was kind of difficult to put together It seems smaller than said. I can't even comfortably make adult size shirts :/ Other than that it works really good. It works great for tote bags, or smaller clothing items. I also really like the 360 swivel I just wish the heating area was a little bigger

This press took some time to put together but is very easy to use. So much better than the little press I had been using. Whipping out multiple tshirts for my company is a breeze. It does take a lot of space.

I've had some good luck with this heat press. I've done a bunch of htv work with it with no issues. Heats consistently and evenly. Instructions for assembly were in the box. Everything was packaged well. Can't ask for more for the price. I've been able to fill orders for tshirts easy with this press and have happy customers. I've only used the press for shirts so I can't comment on the other attachments. For the money, it's great!

Called customer service told them the problem. Went into troubleshooting… it doesn’t work the main controller dead. Still said plug in and plug out. Did it. It doesn’t work. They wanted us to send them tons of information in an email… it doesn’t work send me a new controller nope need tons of info. So I just bought it got it it doesn’t work and I have to at my expense send it back only after I send them in writing so they can trouble shoot again that you plug it in turn it on it does nothing. Sent it back to Amazon next day. Not easy to work plus it weighs a ton shipping back to them would be too expensive for me to send something I just spent a lot of money back to them. No thank you!! Wish I had better news for you… they love the email paper trail rather than talking. I saw a vicious circle happening.
