I got these Honeycomb elastic shock absorbing shoeinsoles because I experience minor heel pain, probably plantar fasciitis, and so I use insoles in all of my shoes - I'm always on the lookout for a good set. I wear women's size 6.5 shoes, and I used these insoles in a pair of cheap rubber garden clogs and a pair of tap shoes that I use for foot percussion. I did not have to cut the insoles for use. Although they are not the best insoles I have ever had, they improved the comfort of both of these shoes. So if you are on a budget and you are looking for something to give minor cushioning and/or to replace the thin liners that came with an older pair of shoes, these will probably be okay for you. Just keep in mind that they are not designed to be "high powered" insoles, just a little something to give a little help. ... show more
