I have my own business and I wanted to add another heat press but a swing away one this time. This product is great - easy to use for the most part. The only complaint I have is I can't get the timer to start and stop so it continuously beeps as I am pressing. Not a big deal and I go by my phone for timing on it. More of an annoying noise as I am working but not a big deal. I am sure if I play around with it more I can figure it out. Very sturdy and a great product over all. This heat press is very heavy so consider that with deliver and set up. The press is well packaged sitting in a styrafoam surround. There were no dents, scratches etc. The press is ready to go out of the box, no parts to put together or attach. Setting od the temp and time was easy and straight forward. The media could not be loaded. Terrible customer service! This heatpress did NOT come with screws. When picking it up from the box the plate slide off because there was nothing holding it. You can see in the video the screw holes don’t even line up to even put screws in. Vevor and Amazon are doing nothing to make this right. Do NOT buy a VEVOR product! ... show more

I was undecided over which heat press to purchase. I originally though of purchasing a top down press, but was concerned about burning my hands while placing the T-shirts flat in towards the back of the machine. I don’t know if this is a valid concern, as I purchased this one with the swivel top. I’m very happy with the ability to manipulate the placement of the shirts and the stabilizer I use on them (I make T-shirt quilts). I only needed a heat press to do this, so I didn’t need a fancy more expensive heat press. I’m very happy with this choice!!! ... show more

I've used this a couple of times since I got it & @ 1st I didn't think it was going to turn on... It doesn't have a lot of instructions but after fiddling w/ it for a lil bit I figured it out... You have to hold the button for several seconds before it will turn on... It heats up nicely & works great...I haven't used the attachments but did make sure they worked... This is an awesome deal for me because it's perfect for my needs & the attachments are a bonus...I tried a Cricut easy press 2 & after a couple months it stopped working so I returned it... So in my opinion the name brand isn't any better this one is bigger & costs less ... show more
