Super easy to use and is a great heat press. My only complaint would be that you can’t keep the press closed when it’s on, the timer will count down and then continuously beep until you open the press back up. I have had two. The first one didn’t stay down, so I had to hold the press down. After about a month it started heating unevenly and messing up my images. For the second one, I’ve had less than 2 months and it is not heating evenly anymore either. I’ve wasted so many supplies and am very disappointed.

Edit January (5 months after purchase) and the platen won’t stay down! Not even 6 months of use out of it! I use this for DTF and sublimation and it works great. Double check that the screws on your handle are tight before pressing because ours popped off mid press 😂 I also wasn’t a fan of the red mat that comes with this press however I had an extra from my old press. The one that comes with this press is foam and I prefer a rubber base mat for the best pressure.

First order had a bent top platen, I returned before using and they sent a replacement. 1. Temperature runs higher than you set it for 5 months later: 2. SMELLS LIKE IT'S ON FIRE THE MOMENT I TURN IT ON! Invest your money in a more reputable brand.

Bought because it was 20” and I wouldn’t have to press my bags in Halves. Worked ok at first, timer quickly stopped working. And it moved around a lot, but things I could deal with. Then 3 months in my bottom plate started to wobble. I went to tighten the bolts and could not. 1, they are difficult to get to. 2, it is not a typical screw or bolt, you have to have a special size allan wrench, mine must have been warped because none of mine fit. And you can’t just use pliers or a wrench to turn it, they don’t fit. 3, my bolts were stripped and just kept turning. So since I was still under warranty, I contacted support who were absolutely no help. They kept making suggestions on how to turn the bolt, like I was stupid. Not getting that it was not tightening. I finally gave up on them and had a friend take a look and they were able to replace the bolts after a long struggle. We will see how much longer it lasts. But I will definitely not be buying from them again and don’t recommend anyone else waste their money. You will have to replace much sooner rather than later.

The media could not be loaded. I enjoyed this heat press when I receive it in December 2024. It had all the features I wanted., & being that I wanted to press larger items this 16x20 was ideal for me. I should have read the reviews first. But I didn’t. I purchased this in December 2024, and now it is June 20 25 it is not quite six months yet and the heat press is not turning on! Ughhhh I will contact the manufacturer to let them know that the heat press machine is not working! I ran to read the reviews and it confirmed. Product brand is not . I guess I just buy another one but not from this company. I don’t want to deal with any runaround! I am highly disappointed!!!
