What I like about it is that it is easy to use And the results are great. I had a terrible time setting it up, the Instruction videos are not of the same model, and the electronic settings are not clear. But once I figured it out, it works great.

I was beyond excited to get and use this heat press, but sadly it does not work as it should because it did not maintain the temperature and the handle was very hard to pull open to the point it burned my shirt and destroyed my dtf costing me time and money because I had to cancel a big order because I could not fulfill it because of this issue. Vevor do better with making sure your products work efficiently and get better with your quality control, because it also looked like it was used and now I have to pay someone to bring it down the stairs to return it because UPS would not assist with bring it to my 2nd floor apartment and I can't lift it on my own. I'm beyond disappointed. 😠 Vevor I would appreciate hearing from you to resolve this matter

I love this machine! I purchased this model due to just starting out and it is so easy to use, my t shirts turn out great! Set up was quick also. Can make a variety of projects on this. Have done T- Shirts, Sweat shirts, some dish towels. Am fixing to try some tiles! Plus it's easy to maneuver around if I want to move it. Packaging was excellent and arrived quickly.
