Used once, everything was good. Turned it off. Turned it on again. Everything turned on properly as before. Lights came on. Made a beep. But it only lasted on for 1-2 seconds before shutting down. Light for the plug turns on but nothing else. Not the timer nor the heat settings. It was as if the cables inside got a short or something and everything but the power lights stopped working Update: I let them know and they sent me a new box. I unscrewed everything and screwed on the new one. Everything worked as it should. Still having some trouble with the way it presses but I think I’ll get more used to it ... show more

my packaged arrived undamaged, heat and presses. However it doesnt have a operational manual. The presser knob has a screw in it that doesnt allow it to tighten the presser. Once that issue is fixed this product will be good.

I purchased this heat press because it comes with multiple attachments. As the large square plates work great for shirts, the cup & hat attachments are not the greatest. THE CUP ATTACHMENT: too small in length, so you will have to press your image multiple times to get the edges...unless you're using a 16oz coffee mug. I've ended up buying an actual bottle press for my bottles and larger glass projects. THE HAT ATTACHMENT: Only heats up directly in the middle of the press. It does not get hot enough on the edges, and you will need to adjust multiple times in order to get the image on your product. I used the hat attachment for sublimation on sleeves (so there is no crease) but since only the middle heats up and I have to adjust the shirt, I end up getting a double image and ruins the project. Lastly, It is a pain in the rear to change out the attachment...You will have to take apart the top and bottom plates and re-screw in the hat attachment, whereas the other attachments is just a cord change. THE CONTROL PANEL: If you read the directions, it is easy enough to set the temp and timer. The only thing I wish it had (as my other bottle heat press does) is an auto timer start when you pull the lever down. Other than that, it has worked just fine. ... show more

It works for what is needed , but I thought the top raised up ...it does not...it swivels... so if you work in a small space, make sure you have enough room for it to swivel left when needing to place ir remove your product. Also make sure you can bolt it down, it does get wobbly when the top plate is swung completely away from the bottom plate. I suggest getting the heat plate covers for it to keep from burning your HTV or sublimation. It is a good buy for the money and it does work, so all in all I give it 4 stars.. ( because it doesn't come with the heat plate covers ) ... show more
