The media could not be loaded. Love this capsule machine! It takes quarters, has a key, items up to 2.3", NO bouncy balls unless they are in a capsule because they stick and jam the machine. Overall so happy with it!

If you want a gumball machine that take quaters this is a great machine when I purchased it the description stated it took a dollar coin which was great we thought. The machine came and it only takes quaters like the description now says. We were unable to return the machine as there is a no return policy on them. If you want something that takes a quarter or buy and use tokens to use this machine it's great I give it 5 stars. But since when I purchased it it was not as described and since I couldn't return it and get my money back with out a fight I give it 1 star all day long.

Overall a quality product. The lock on top tends to get stuck and won’t release the key unless it’s turned JUST right (no mark or indication on what is just right either and it seems to be different every time…)

The gumball machine itself is sturdy and looks great, but it does not seem to work properly with the 2.3mm capsules mentioned in the description. They jam frequently, and I couldn’t find any guidance on their website to troubleshoot the issue. The product is decent overall, but the lack of support and the inaccurate compatibility info are disappointing.
