The media could not be loaded. I like everything about this vending machine it's a nice product to have especially for starters being new to vending business. The only thing is with this vending machine it doesn't give you the option if there's something behind an item you would want in the machine it won't drop what's behind only what's in front but for starters this is a very nice vending machine I like it alot. setup was super easy I literally did it all myself. make sure as the instructions say to keep atleast 4 inches away from wall to let ventilate it's refrigerated this machine is super nice for first timers. This is a gorgeous machine, better than I had hoped and meets all our requirements. The vendor messaged me and worked to get it delivered to the correct location and sent set up videos to help in programming the machine. So easy, even I could do it! Refund and return time drawn out almost a month and I have not gotten my money back. It’s not refrigerated! False advertising. Do not waste your time or money!

The media could not be loaded. It is a huge hit at the senior living facility. Arrived early in good condition. Setup videos were easy to follow. I had a question and customer service were great with assisting me. I will be shopping with this merchant again.
