I got this product as a first timeer in the vending machine space. I didn't really know what to expect but this machine works pretty seamlessly. The technology is pretty accurate. With similar items (like bags of chips with similar colors) it can get confused but overall I would say this is a pretty minor issue. I have been using my machine for over 9 months and I have made thousands of dollars in sales. The fact that customers can open it and grab as many items as they want really help to increase the average sale price. Most people grab 2 or 3 items if not more.

This is the worst machine ever made, their app is slow and their customer service is terrible. They say they send back the refunded money to my clients and nothing. My first 20 clients haven’t gotten back their money and they are complaining. Don’t buy this.

The media could not be loaded. These are fantastic machines! I am new to the vending industry and decided to go with the most modern option available so an AI Smart Cooler was the way to go. After researching, comparing prices, and customer service available i choose to go with HAHA vending and I'm very glad that I did. I have bought another one since this one in Sept and about to place an order for a third one.
