“…So today I write this on 5/26/26…I am livid…Why? Well Memorial weekend and the machine goes offline the whole time, while I’m 4 hrs away.” I've had enough of WhatsApp back and forth nonsense. I've had enough back & forth (5/1/26) with a random person that text me claiming to be my "Direct Sales Contact." US based tech support does no good when you can't understand who you are talking to. I emailed service@hahavending on (5/6/26) requesting to return the machine. Why? I purchased the US- Mini 360 vending machine on March 2, 2026. It arrived on March 5. We got it setup. Then we discussed, in a phone call, with tech support how to remove the sim and switch over to local wifi use. I ordered the recommended compatible router from Amazon and it arrived on March 7. We got it set up the same day. On multiple occasions, since then, we have woken up in the morning to find the vending machine offline. Causing us to make an extra trip to town to quickly bring it online so we do not miss anymore sales. The machine went offline as recently as late this morning (5/6/26) and thankfully we were in town to deal with it. No, it’s not my connection, I have other devices on my network that do not lose connection. I was billed the SIM card fee for March ($12.58) and April ($15) The SIM card was pulled and switched to local wifi on the second day of use. Those 2 months total $27.58. Tech Support stated I would receive a credit on the May bill. I only received a $12 credit. The fees are too high to make a reasonable profit specifically the “Bank Fees” which are the sales * 5.95% fee. Contacting customer support is an awful experience and never feels resolved. Haha responded on (5/7/26) with their solutions before return: Thank you for sharing your concerns in detail, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. Regarding the two main issues you raised, here is our proposed solution: 1. Offline issue with the vending machine:
We have a new solution for this. We will send you a new X Main Control Board free of charge. This new board does not require a separate Wi-Fi connection. Would you be willing to give this a try? 2. SIM card fees (27.58 total for March and April): We agree to fully refund the 27.58 total for March and April) As you mentioned, a $12 credit has already been applied to your May bill. We will apply the remaining balance as a credit on your next bill (for June). Does this work for you? If you have any other requests or concerns, please feel free to let me know. You may also reach us directly via instant message (IM) for faster support. We are committed to resolving your issue positively. Thank you for your patience and understanding. They also text that they would send the free main control board. Err on the side of caution I email on 5/9/26: Yes we can try the Main Control Board. I will watch for the credit on the June bill. I got this product as a first timeer in the vending machine space. I didn't really know what to expect but this machine works pretty seamlessly. The technology is pretty accurate. With similar items (like bags of chips with similar colors) it can get confused but overall I would say this is a pretty minor issue. I have been using my machine for over 9 months and I have made thousands of dollars in sales. The fact that customers can open it and grab as many items as they want really help to increase the average sale price. Most people grab 2 or 3 items if not more.
