We got the machine for our office and couldn't even get it to do free vending. When I called the help desk the lady said they were in China at the moment and I needed to just go on YouTube and watch videos. Between the customer service and not what i was wanting it to do it has only been up and running for a few weeks and the machine has already stopped working. Good luck ... show more

The vending machine provided a convenient and hassle-free experience. It had a wide variety of snacks and beverages available, and the transactions were quick and easy. Update June 2025 After nearly 2 years, the refrigerator stopped working. I reached out to support to replace the damaged part, but they said they don’t have the part number information.
