Buy this chair; It's awesome! This chair has an SL track, which moves from head to booty massaging ON my shoulders, near the spine, and my booty. It doesn't go over my ribs like some other chairs. Not only does it go up and down, it also stops to massage in some areas such as, on the top of my shoulders, between my shoulder blades, and my booty. I'm 5'7"/138# and put a cushion in the seat, since I don't have extra padding on my booty. FYI, some chairs have SL, S, or other tracks. Do your research. The fancy ones are not always good ones. I sent back another massage chair that wasn't comfortable. This chair comes assembled and delivery guy brought it into our home. The rollers in the back make it easy to move, although it's a little heavy. I got the brown one, which looks great and matches our decor. I haven't used the heat levels yet, but not really concerned with that function. Cons: The buttons on the console don't light up;only the middle of the screen showing what mode it is operating.

i do not like the style and never have but hubby always wanted it and really likes all the movements it does to him as he feels great when he gets out. it is big and heavy so put on place the first time putting it somewhere. Nice packaging up arrival as well.

Good chair so far. I've had it since December 2024 and several family members use it daily without fail. A hidden zipper came broken but doesn't affect the use, for this Amazon gave me a discount.

I only have 1 issue with this massage hair. But it is so amazing, I still give it 5 stars. The only issue I see, and I can't believe it doesn't have this feature, is, the display screen menu icons do not light up for the user to see. Unless you use the chair in a well lighted room, you need to either use a flashlight to see the menu buttons or memorize which button does each function. I'm still hoping there's a way to light up the keypad, but I just haven't figured it out yet. But I doubt it. Other than that, I don't know how I've gone so long without a massage chair after using it for a few days. I was going to get a cheaper one, but a friend of mine, who's very knowledgeable about massage chairs, informed me that all the ones I was considering did not have the roller tracks that go all the way down below the buttocks. They only travel to the lower back. He found this one for me that does massage below the waist. Every other one he found that does that was much more expensive. After it arrived, he came over to check it out and gave it a very positive review (other than the lack of lighted menu icons on the display).

The ad states that it is a full body massage it is not these very rough hard sharp rollers run up and down your back it doesn't even go all the way up to your neck or massage your neck it has airbags on the side of your shoulders that blow up for a few seconds but there's no rollers no massage nothing it is totally far the only thing that really gets done is your feet and your spine it really is not that great of a product not for that kind of money and it's not what I wanted I needed full body massage I have MS

I received this chair as a Christmas present and it is amazing and provides a great massage. It has many different levels and massage techniques. It came packaged well and very easy to set up. There are rollers on it to move it from one room to another. Highly recommend for the price. The only complaint is the panel does not light up so you have to use the flashlight on your phone to know what buttons you are pushing.

I’m really disappointed in this purchase. At first the touch screen options do not light up so you have to keep the lights on or use a flashlight. The second disappointment is that you can press for a specific massage but that doesn’t mean you’ll get it. Having to press roller button to go up has no effect. Airbags have little pressure on calf’s, sides, and feet providing no relief at all. The heat, recline to zero gravity, and extension of legs does work. I’ve kept it this long to make sure it wasn’t user error as this was a Christmas gift for my husband. My husband has used it a handful of times as I have and it’s very disappointing. I looked at the reviews and video for this massager and for us it doesn’t live up to expectation's.
