Features

  • Performance Engine Support Bar: Holding capacity: 1100 lbs. This engine support bar can precisely position and support the engine while working on the transmission or holds the transmission in place while removing the engine for rebuilding.
  • Rotating Lift Pile: The lifting height of 2 rotating hoists on the engine holder bar can be adjusted from 0 to 7.87 inches. Turn the handle to raise or lower the motor at the proper height according to your requirements.
  • Engine Binding Chain: It comes with double strong iron chains that ensure the secure landing of the motor. The bold chains are tightly welded and don't break.
  • Adjustable Working Range: Equipped with a knob and stable triangular base on each side. The range between the 2 bases can be adjusted; you can place them in the appropriate position. The width of the beam is 59.06 in, so it applies to vehicles that width is less than 59.06 in.
  • Dual Steel Bar: The engine support bar is made of heavy-duty steel with a protective powder coat finish, high rigidity, and resistance. The dual steel bar build means this engine bar can support your engine or transmission through long rebuilds.

  • Works good and the price is right. Seems solid.
I'm happy. I would recommend. No longer taking my life in my hands with the DIY 2x4 engine brace and I couldn't be happier. Like others have commented, the threads on the adjustment bolts did not operate smoothly. But, I ran the adjuster all the way on and all the way off before assembly and it works fine now. I also had to glue on the foot pads. The washers with ball bearings is a nice touch! The make fine adjustment easy. ... show more

  • Seems good
First used today. Does the job. To me this does not seem light duty, nor heavy duty, but pretty much status quo as automotive accessories go. Found myself nodding up and down saying yeah that should do it. There is a round washer full of bearings underneath the top clamps. I put a ton of grease and vaseline on the threads to reduce friction, especially since the threads catch on themselves a lot and are kind of rough. There is no hook or attachment included to connect chain to engine so I picked up a 3/8" Haulmaster quicklink rated at 600 lbs and custom ground/drilled a steel bracket to bolt to an engine attachment point. ... show more

It says it'll work on a 99 Silverado but it will not

  • Great quality for the price.
I haven't used it yet, but the quality is impressive for the price. My only minor complaint is that the rubber feet fall off fairly easily and I'm afraid that I will lose one. I plan to squeeze the metal together a little to grip the rubber tighter or drill a hole through each foot and use cotter pins. Oh and Amazon could have packaged it better. One end had a large hole and parts could have been lost. ... show more

  • Unbelievable!!!
Purchased this product about two months ago over three months ago knew I was gonna need it but didn’t need it till now. There’s no one to get a hold of there’s no one to contact. Don’t waste your money. It was my fault for not unpacking it and putting it together when I got it, but had a lot going on at the time always had, good things to say about products I purchased on Amazon, but this is ridiculous. What a waste of my money. I have no idea what to do about it unless I take it to a machine shop around here and have a machine these parts and the rubber blocks what are they for? There’s no slots for anything that’s just rubber blocks , and Thanks VEVOR! “””Update don’t bother wasting your money on purchasing anything from Vo. All they do is send reasons of leading this information needing that information just go have one made professionally do it yourself or either what you’re gonna buy right in front of you ordering things online is such a waste. I would never recommend this company and I never gonna recommend Amazon anymore. I’m tired of them both.”””””😤 ... show more

  • This product is heavy duty. It is recommended
I received product with unbroken package. Everything is in the box. The bar is heavy and strong. The washers are big and thick. They hold the legs tight for safety. Two bearings between the screws and bar making it easy to turn. This product is heavy duty. It is recommended

  • Lacks Quality Control
While the support does work for its intended purpose, repairs were necessary in order to complete assembly. Internal threads in the "standing blocks" were damaged by weld spatter and required retapping; external threads on the "adjust screws" were damaged in handling and required thread chasing. Damage to external threads occurred prior to shipping, as the parts were well packaged. The channels for the "rubber cushions" in the base of the "standing brackets" were too wide and uneven width; they would not retain the "rubber cushions", requiring the channels to be compressed in a vise to the proper width to retain the "rubber cushions". There are supposed to be 4 large washers, two with larger center holes, but I received three with smaller holes and only one with the larger hole; I had to ream out one washer to fit. Instructions make no mention of lubrication for the "pressure bearing", which is an open ball bearing, not enclosed/sealed. I rated it with 3 stars because it does work, but only after I spent an extra 2 hours or so on repairs in order to complete the assembly. ... show more
