Makes delicious slushies. Need to have recipes that are 4L but using ratios on the recipe can cut it to fit this machine.

    • Do Not Purchase - Dont Waste Your Money/Time.
After reading many of the reviews we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt "what a big mistake". The unit we received was not the same unit advertised "was a lower model with less features" The machine came in a mini crate well packaged earlier than expected, after waiting 24hrs to use it we cleaned it as directed and attempted to make slushies. We ran the machine several times for several hours with no results "it just would not make slushies". After calling the 800 # for support we engaged in 4 days of communication via email that consisted of them asking a question @ 2am CST us responding promptly and not getting a response until the next night @ 2am - no matter how quickly we responded to their questions we would receive a reply the next night. Finally we decided to return the unit as it had become more frustrating than anything. The unit is loud while it's running we found ourselves almost yelling while standing near it. Lastly don't buy this unit, looking at the reviews you can see that you have a 60/40 chance of getting one that actually works "that's 60% it wont work & 40% it will" Although this unit is a little on the high side price wise we will spend the extra money to get a better quality machine. Update: The last email we received from the vendor asked us to have the device looked at to determine what part is broken and they will send us the part for free... So were supposed to spend more money to have the "brand new" device looked at, then turn around and spend even more money to have someone replace the defective part. All the extra money we would've spent to keep this unit only validated our decision to buy a higher priced better quality machine. ... show more

When the item arrived there was a part missing and they were so responsive and quickly sent us a replacement part. They checked in with us periodically until we received the replacement. I hope so, it is a Christmas gift therefore I won't know until then. I will give a Five Star in advance for the onbtime delivery. I can say, if you love having cookouts, parties or gatherings this will suit you well and worth buying.

    • 🛑 STOP🛑Don’t do it !
I was super excited to get this machine as I have had a machine before but was excited on getting a smaller one. To start there was noticeable damage on the side where it looked like it was dropped. Honestly it was not super noticeable until you look at it at a certain angle and you can see the buldge. The next thing was it did NOT have the container that holds the liquid on the right way, if I had not had a machine before and knew what to look for it would have been a disaster. Thank god I had some food grade lubricant to get the container on the proper way. The instructions have absolutely no guidance on how the machine operates and there is almost nothing on the internet to show how to properly operate it. I mixed a test batch of drink mix and turned on and it seemed to work, but after the machine was running for about an hour I hear a loud beep and error code 😫 I open the top and it was hot , no sign of it cooling what’s so ever. Again sat and troubleshoot this dang machine for 2 hours before giving up . Honestly one of the biggest disappointments I’ve ever had and I love vevor products! So don’t waist your time no matter how tempted you may be because it was such a waist of time. ... show more
