I want to give 0 stars. This unit never got cold once let alone be a SLUSHY machine. Im pretty sure they sent me a refurbished older model. No LED panel, no thermostat, and hard to follow set up directions. It also blew a hopper right off the machine full of mix and mix flew everywhere all over my business. The hopper is only suctioned on my a rubber ring. Terrible design. Ive bought 4 different Vevor machines now and they are all junk. 2 Ice cream, & 2 slushy. I purchased this product about a month ago. Out of the box it had issues. It was very loud, the fan was rattling, and wasn't freezing properly. I then spent 3 hrs fixing what I could, but still was not making a slushy consistently. I contacted Vevor (the manufacturer) to receive a refund with minimal customer service available. Their support team has been of no help and refuses to refund me. Please do yourself a favor and do not by this junk. Spend a little more money and buy one from a more reputable company. ... show more
