Not sure about others here as I do see some positive good reviews but my machine been giving me issues since I received it. In the beginning after the setup the product used to leak from front handles(just from one side the other one was fine) had to call customer service via email/txt as it almost doesn’t exist and they sent me a new one which then was working fine but now after few months of use the syrup leaks from somewhere under the machine. They don’t have a service or warranty I think
