mostly as advertised. support is good, and folds up into much smaller pieces if needed. could use some slip resistance - mattress slides a bit, and boards themselves slide some on the bedframe.

I ordered the 0.4 in a full size. I did not order the 1.5 inch because I wanted a solid piece of wood without adding height. This is a solid piece of wood ( not flimsy). Each piece of wood is nicely sanded, and each corner is rounded and smooth. I looked at other products that did not have the proper length and yet stated they were a full size. This is an excellent fit. The price is good for this quality. Item was received in two days without paying for prime.😆 I highly recommend this item. It’s exactly what I needed !

These are cheaper than buying wood slats at the hardware store, but they're very difficult to position because there are no straps or anything to keep them in place. So they just slide around when you position the mattress on top. I think it would have been very easy to add some velcro straps or just some rubber strips on a side to keep them from sliding around. It just does not feel like they thought this all the way through or did any sort of product testing before releasing them. I will say that they do make the bed feel a lot sturdier/firmer. And the wood is of decent quality, compareable to what you'd get form home depot. They fit decently, if you can get them to stay in place.

This bunkie board set up, is well made plywood, the only improvement I would like to see, in this twin size, would be to increase the dimensions, by 2 inches each, the thickness is fine, that would make it in my opinion.

The board is exactly as advertised so perhaps I should be more generous but there are no tie down straps included with the unit. Since the pieces have gaps between them on a standard twin frame, the individual pieces move very easily. Thus you literally must lift mattress and place exactly on the frame where you want it or you wind up with excessive gaps if you try to slide on from the bottom or side.
