After a terrible experience resulting in a return of another brand heat press, I was a little gun shy to try again. I'm SO thankful that I now have this one. It is easy to use, does a nice job and the price was very fair. The timer and temperature are easy to set and I like that it cuts off on it's own if I don't touch it for a while. That's a great safety feature. Although I did originally hope for a digital pressure gauge, I find the pressure easy to adjust on this machine. While it may not be what you want for large business, heavy use application, for a small business or home use, this is a wonderful machine. This is my first large heat press; it’s the perfect size for adult shirts. Heats up quick and is only about 8 degrees off. Very sturdy; easy to set up.

Arrived missing 3 pieces customer service was nice and sent 1 of the 3. I won't bother pursuing the rest. Doesn't have instructions. Works ok but some parts are flimsy. Will do for our home purposes but shop around if you're going to need it for a business or heavy projects.
