Since the unit contains a compressor, please keep it upright for at least 8 hours before plugging it in, especially if it was tilted or transported over a long distance. This helps protect the internal components. Why are there water droplets inside the machine? Each unit is fully tested before leaving the factory to ensure safety and performance. If you notice residual water inside the tank or system, it's a result of quality testing — not a sign of previous use. You can use it with confidence. Is it normal if the compressor doesn’t start immediately after turning the unit on? Yes. To protect the compressor from frequent starts and prolong its lifespan, the system is designed to delay compressor restart for about 3 minutes. This is a normal safety feature. How does the smart defrost function work? At low temperatures, frost may form on the evaporator or condenser.
