Works great. Only downfall is it is a little confusing to set the timer and temp until you have done it a few times because it had no instructions with it. Once we figured it out though it has been great.

Update: 2/6/24: Vevor customer service was kind and prompt. They said it was caused due to “high power” and could be solved by replacing the temperature probe. They told me to allow 10-15 days for the probe, however, as it would ship from China. Received the replacement in a clear ziploc with zero instructions. The top plate of the heat press had to be removed to replace the probe. Once replaced and screws back in, it powered on as it should. Once the heat press got hot, it again sparked, blew a breaker, and would not power back in. When we plugged in another attachment, like the hat press, it would power on, but the shirt press, was again useless. Now, with very little time to spare, I sent the item back to Amazon before my return period was up. Amazon received my return on 2/5 and waiting for it to be processed for a refund. Will purchase a different heat press once I receive my refund. I purchased this for a family member’s Christmas gift. While visiting at her house yesterday, we unboxed it, read the manual and set everything up. Plugged it in and heated up to start on a shirt. Sparks flew from the machine and it turned off. Blew a breaker. Would not power back on. Plugged it in a different outlet and flipped the power switch, blew the breaker again and would not power on. I have contacted the company (VEVOR). This does not seem to be a product that is reliable or will last long, as brand new out of the box, was unable to complete a single project. It’s embarrassing to have gifted a poor product.
