Now attempting to reach customer service via email and waiting for a response. Just need two replacement parts (part #1) and hopefully we can get it up again soon! Will amend stars / add more info if we hear from the company. Part of the reason I chose this tent is the great customer service others mentioned .......     • Really completes my Patio
The media could not be loaded. So recently we have been working on getting our outdoor patio together for the longest. We just re did our patio with pavers and wanted to spice it up a little bit so I figured I'd go ahead and get a gazebo with some outdoor furniture to make it a comfortable place to hang out. So I picked this one up which turned out to be the perfect size for our space. Building it with my family was definitely enjoyable and a bonding experience not that it matters but it really does. It's 10x10 and fit perfectly on our space. What I do suggest is get some seperate sand bags for the legs to keep it down on windy days. It will make a world of a difference if you have it on a hard surface. The zippers and wrap actually feel like nice quality and open from both inside and outside. We havent tested it in the rain yet. But the material that it's made out of should repel rain for sure. I will be adding some indoor string lights to it as well which would spice it up even more. If you are looking for something that won't break the bank on price and a cover for any occasion. This will work great. So my suggestion is also don't build it completely tall and put the top canvas on since it's tall and will be easier to do it on the low end first before putting the additional legs together. The directions are the clearest on how to assemble it but simple enough once you get into the assembly process you can figure it out real easily. My biggest recommendation is to definitely get some sandbag attachments for the legs if you arent mounting directly to the floor. We are glad we did it because over the weekend after finishing the gazebo. It was super windy and without the sandbags. It probably would of end up either in our neighbors yard or the next zip code over lol. ... show more

I read some negative reviews. It worried me. I purchased it because the price was good. The assembly was easy for me, I am a diy person. I set it up on my deck. It is Trex . This is not my first canopy I have purchased. I always anchor them the same. Bungee cords to the railings. I also use a course threaded two inch stainless steel screw at each of the four legs. I don’t drill holes in my deck. I buy screws where they are wide enough to go between the deck boards and get enough to bite and hold. My last canopy collapsed due to heavy rain and it was unable to shed it. This canopy has no issue shedding water. We have had several thunderstorms with high winds and a lot of rain. Just secure it properly and you will be happy with your purchase. ... show more

First of all, customer service on this product is awesome! And that alone deserves 5 stars. Upon opening the box and assembly, I found a pretty important piece was missing. I contacted DikaSun, and they immediately responded (email), and mailed out the missing piece right away. Great job guys, it makes me want to check out your other products. I have never owned one of these gazebos before, and I was looking for something inexpensive, but not too cheaply made. I read a few reviews and this one seemed like it was good enough for what I'm using it for. I live in South Florida, where it will be setup and used every day of the year. The day I set it up, we had one of our quick 20 minute downpours, and I stayed under it completely dry. I'm not sure if the material is 100% waterproof, but I can tell you no water came through this one time. It blocks out the sun perfectly, and makes a perfect little chill zone on my back patio. Now I just need some better patio furniture! Thank you again DikaSun! ... show more

The top is broken because it cannot stand rough weather. My husband had to always take it down when the rain was hard, when it was windy and when it snowed. We haven’t even had it a year and we have to throw it away.

Pretty happy with it overall! It's not going to be as sturdy as a hard-top or permanent gazebo, but strong for what it is. I did want to confirm what other reviews had said, which is that it comes with NETTING PANELS ONLY. You'll need to buy solid privacy curtains separately if you want them. Also, there is only one curtain rail, so even if you bought both types only one could be up at a time. I took photos of my solution to this, though - you can put the solid curtains on the rail with rings, then use s-hooks at either end of paracord or wire cable to make a 'laundry line' that goes through the netting panels' loops and hooks onto the curtain rail's connector bars. Received the box quicker than expected,checked to make sure all the pieces were there and then started in one corner and worked my way around and finished with the crown. So easy to put together that I did it myself in a hour and a half! I bought this canopy only for the steel frame and the looks and was pleasantly surprised at its ease to put the cover on with the adjustable corner pins really helped! The only thing I added was wood lags or screws thru the leg footings so you make the whole thing so much more sturdy when it’s fastened to the deck...you got a real winner right here folks! If you want shade yet a strong frame to handle the winds, this is the one you would like! ... show more
