This is a great safe. The only con is I can't get the combo number changed. I've tried several times following the directions, but it doesn't work. Another person also tried and didn't have success. Otherwise, it works great. I'm glad we have 2 keys to use. Took off 2 stars since there will come a time when we really need to change the combo and it won't have that function. ... show more

The safe did not meet my expectations. Coin entrance This design feels very bad, there are gaps, not enough sealing. The quality of the emergency key is not very good, the lock will collapse, not smooth enough. There's no mezzanine inside the safe, which I don't like. When I opened the box, it was very dirty. The outside box has an unpleasant smell, like the sewage smell of the product that has been in the warehouse for a long time. ... show more
