I ordered 3 of these this particular one is not balanced and I have to send it back the other 2 work fine its just a pain now having to return it and wait for a new one. You control the volume on the hoverboard with your phone. Battery life last. Lights are nice and bright. They seem very durable.     • Didn't Last A Year
Ordered this as a replacement for another defective hoverboard hoping it would actually last. Didn't have any issues until after a year of having it. Now the red light just blinks and it beeps over and over. Seems like the left wheel has some issue where it doesn't work anymore. Once in a while it jolts really hard and hits against the pivot stops really hard. It also stops the right wheel from working making the unit defective. Reached out to the seller and all they said was that the warranty was for 3 MONTHS and gave me directions of how to "reset it", which of course, did absolutely nothing. With that short of a warranty you can tell they don't expect the components to last very long. And their "reset" instructions were to re-calibrate it, which is not the issue since it did absolutely nothing. ... show more

I just received my second Veveline hoverboard today, after sending the first back, and the second will not self-balance either. We have tried all the tips, and my child has had a hoverboard before, and this Veveline simply will not work. It's aggravating because I just sent one back and thought I would give it another shot, so I ordered another Veveline. I made a mistake. I got yesterday for my daughter . I trow a way box .Hoverboard was really nice. Today on of the side light stopped working. My daughter is so sad .I am disappointed. I will like to know how to exchanged .
