Came very vacuum packed. Since it was a gift, I opened the vacuum pack and hung it up so it could fluff back out. Zipper seems cheap hoping it doesn’t break. true to size.

I honestly have to say this is the first winter coat I fell in love with as soon as I put it on a zipped it up. The fur makes it pop. Only downside is there is no detachable hoodie-but I knew this when I ordered it. The pockets are only on the outside No inner pockets. Zipper is sturdy..doesn’t catch-not flimsy. Wow, what a let down. This jacket looked and felt as if it was meant to be sold for $5 dollars. The plastic zipper was not functional. The jacket material was super thin and all wrinkled.
