I originally purchased this sofa as a quick, budget-friendly replacement after my old leather couch started peeling and making a mess. With five dogs who love to play and sleep on the furniture, I didn’t want to invest in something expensive. After searching around, I found this one at a great price and decided to give it a try. Because I was in the middle of moving, I didn’t open it for a few months. When I finally did, I realized it was missing two back cushions, definitely disappointing. I contacted customer service using the support email provided, and they responded within 24 hours. After a few days of back-and-forth they sent me another box with the missing pieces, and they even included a complimentary blanket, which was a really nice gesture. The sofa itself isn’t top-tier quality, but it’s sturdy, soft, and honestly perfect for a home with pets. The fabric feels great, though the color is more charcoal than gray. The backrest cushions are in to the thinner side, but still comfortable enough for everyday use. Be aware it take about a week to fully expand, so don’t judge it right away. Pros: Very affordable Big Soft and Comfortable fabric Sturdy Excellent, responsive customer service Complimentary blanket included Cons: Missing pieces upon arrival Cushions are a bit thin Takes time to fully inflate Not high-end quality Final Thoughts: I’m giving this sofa 5 stars, 2 of those are absolutely for the outstanding customer service. Do not buy. The bottom cushions are very comfortable, but the back are like very thin pillows. You can feel the metal bar through the back "cushions" and they do not hold shape so they slide down eventually so your back is on a metal bar directly. Very uncomfortable on the back. I was a bit skeptical buying a couch online, but the modular sectional has completely exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a "cloud couch" feel without the crazy price tag, this is it. The Comfort is Real: Seriously, this thing is so comfy. The corduroy upholstery is soft and inviting, and the deep seats are perfect for lounging, napping, or movie nights. It genuinely feels like a plush, cozy cloud. Setup was a Breeze: The "easy to put together" factor is absolutely true. It arrived in a few manageable boxes and I had it fully assembled and set up in less than 30 minutes, all by myself. The modules just slide and lock into place, super intuitive. Sturdy and Practical: For a modular couch, it feels incredibly sturdy and well-made. There's no wobbling or cheapness to the frame. Plus, the fabric is proving to be very easy to keep clean, which is a lifesaver with kids. The Best Feature: Modular Magic: The ability to rearrange the pieces is my favorite part. I've already tried three different configurations in the living room and love that I can instantly switch it from an L-shape to a U-shape, or break it up for extra seating when guests are over. This product does not look as it presents. The picture looks like a sturdy firm couch. However, it is very plush. The pillows start to look old quick because they are not firm so they loose its shape easy. Way too long the size makes no sense cushions did not get as fluffy as advertised once you sit on them I find myself having to fluff out the cushions. I got the 4 seater should have automatically came with an addition ottoman the one it came with looks too small to go with the set. Overall I hate this product now I am stuck with something oblong and uncomfortable. Not what was advertised. It’s been more than 48 hours 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my deflated cushions to fluff out. ... show more
