We purchased this couch for our family room, and so far, have been fairly pleased. The fabric is nice, we loved being able to choose between two leg heights, and the size of the couch is big enough to fit around 5 people comfortably- the ottomans give you space for an extra few people if you are hosting a crowd. I read reviews and looked through about 40 different couches before deciding on this purchase. It didn't have ALL the features we were looking for, but the price was reasonable enough to take a gamble on an online purchase. The couch arrived in a number of boxes. It took opening all the boxes to finally find the directions, but honestly, the system is pretty easy to figure out. Between opening boxes, attaching legs and opening all the vacuum sealed components, it probably took us an hour to assemble. What we love- washable covers, comfy material, legs tall enough for a robo vacuum to get under, overall size What we don't love- the back cushions are a bit wimpy. Not cushy enough to really get comfortable. I ended up buying several 26x26 pillows to place along the back for more support, but since that's my only real criticism (hence the 4 star rating), I can't complain too much. Overall, this is a solid, family friendly couch at a budget friendly price and we would buy it again.

It took some time to assemble, but the process was straightforward and all parts were well labeled. The media could not be loaded. Pros: Good customer service, washable cushions covers, relatively easy assembly with video option Cons: Incredibly hard to unzip zippers for “removable” couch cushions, came with two stains on arm rests, not enough fluff in cushions and pillows, got headache from chemical smell and had to air out for 3 days before using This is a decent option if you are into DIY and want an affordable option of a cloud couch. The couch I wanted was over $3K, so I decided to purchase this on Black Friday for $850 along with 10lbs of pollyfil I got on sale for Cyber Monday for $30 total. It took me a very long time to unzip the couch cushions to stuff the couch with pollyfil and I almost wasn’t able to. I had to thread a wire through the zipper hole and then pull very, very hardly to open the couch cushions. I did not even zip them back up because I am scared I will not be able to open them again if they need washing, so they are currently open on the bottom side of the cushion. I reached out to customer support through Amazon about these issues (zipper malfunction, staining) and they gave me a partial refund of $225 without hesitation. They also offered a free replacement or return, but it would have been too much work to deal with sending this back after all of the set up and DIY-ing. Overall, I am happy with this product as I was anticipating a DIY based off of other reviews for this product. I got the four seater with two ottomans and I can also move the pieces of the couch around to make it like a sofa bed. Very comfy with 10lbs of pollyfil, but I sat on it at first without the polyfill and it was not so comfy. Pretty easy to DIY once you get the cushions unzipped. Came stained on armrests. Probably would not recommend buying if you are not planning on stuffing it up. Video shown is with 10lbs of polyfill. Got that from Micheals.
