They provide all tools, screws and brackets needed. It came out to be very sturdy and no movement at all after installed. The cushion are very thick and comfortable. I am OBSESSED! Best amazon furniture find I have come across to date. A portion of my order was mislabeled and customer service was very quick in responding to fix the error. I left the box sealed during communication with the customer care team until they assured me that the item number did in fact match what i ordered but the box had been mislabeled. They were correct and the modular sofa was just as described. I ordered the color in Black Chinelle fabric and it’s perfect for me and my three kiddos and our dog. I was not expecting this sofa to be this comfortable or sturdy but I am pleasantly surprised. I do wish there was a little more plushness to the back support pillows and arm rests and this is my only complaint thus far. I have restuffed the back pillows with a king size pillow instead of provided stuffing and it seems to get the job done fairly well. The height is absolutely perfect, it comes with two different size legs to customize the look of the couch. It was relatively easy to assemble as long as you open all of the boxes in order to locate the instructions first. After the use of a $200 off coupon and free shipping, I’d say the overall value for money spent is still a little on the pricy side, but we will see how this ouch holds up to the kids and pets after some time.

The product honestly exceeded my expectations. It’s exactly the kind of single sofa I’ve always dreamed of. Even though it’s designed as a single seat, the width is generous enough for me and my daughter to sit together comfortably. It also comes with two thin cushions that can be placed anywhere you like—on the sides or at the back—for extra support and comfort. This sofa fits our living room perfectly—big enough to stretch out, but not too bulky. It’s really comfy and looks great too. My favorite part? I can sit and relax on the couch while my kid plays piano nearby. It’s become our little routine—I enjoy my coffee and music, and they love having an audience. When the kids are just playing nearby, I can still be with them and keep them company without being stuck on a hard chair. Another thing I love is that the pieces can be moved around and rearranged easily, which makes it super flexible for different setups. Assembly wasn’t too bad, just a bit of lifting with the ottoman. Only downside? The price dropped right after I bought it 😅. Still very happy with it!

Horrible customer service. The couch is fine, not amazing, not bad…but one of our cushions was not finished. The stitching was incomplete and they have had absolutely horrid customer service in trying to get a new back cushion. Beware, if something is wrong with the couch you are basically out of luck unless you want to take everything apart again, box everything back up (because you obviously will keep the boxes in mint condition to do so), haul it down to a mail delivery place, and send it back.
