The back of the couch stops about 1/2 way up behind the back of the cushions leaving you to feel a hard line behind your back and a lack of support to your upper back. I am really happy with this sectional overall! It actually arrived earlier than expected, which was a great start. It is a little bigger than I originally anticipated, but that turned out to be a really nice surprise for my space. The faux leather is incredibly soft to the touch. It arrived vacuum-sealed, and the cushions are inflating well and filling out nicely. It’s definitely on the firmer side, and I’ll probably end up adding some extra stuffing to the back pillows down the line, but it’s still very comfortable. My only major complaint is that the back piece arrived with a dark, vertical line stain on it. I’ve tried getting it off, but it seems permanent. It’s a shame because the couch is so nice otherwise. Aside from the delivery damage/stain, it’s a great piece of furniture for the money. ... show more

CERO stars...first assembly step has issue of brackets not aligning. I'm dizzy, sweating, almost an hour even with hammer NOTHING works. i have put together plenty furniture from ike, temu etc and i consider myself very capable. Now it does not go in or out.
