First- my wife is always cold. We keep the thermostat in the house at 75. She still wears flannels to bed. In August. The rest of us are sweating, she's cold. It's the life I chose to live. That being said, I figured this was the PERFECT thing to get her for travel, outdoor things etc. Upon receipt, we charged the battery up and she tried it out. It runs a little slim so order the next size up from what you normally would. It warms up quickly and maintains a radiant heat. I suspect if you doubled this with another light jacket over it you might even get too hot on low. It seemed to last quite awhile, she wore it most of the day with it on during a cool snap, happy as a clam. It lasted the entire time we were outside (most of the day) being on low, and never shut off. We physically shut it off and the battery indicator was at half - pretty sure the vendor's claim of up to 20 hours is accurate, although my verification isn't very "accurate". Overall, the wife is happy with it. The battery is a little bulky, but if it's 30 degrees outside and you're toasty warm, who cares?! She immediately asked me to charge it back up, so I'm betting it's going to see some real use over this winter.

I have a few heated vests now, including two from Venustas and one of their heated jackets, and I really like this brand. They’ve become my go-to for heated clothing. This vest will be my “going out” vest because the fleece material is a bit nicer looking, but I can’t wear it around the farm since hay would stick to it easily. I ordered an XL so I can wear it over sweaters, and it fits exactly how I wanted. The battery charges up like my other Venustas batteries and takes a little longer than a standard power bank, which is normal for these. The heat zones are in all the right places — front pockets, shoulders, neck, and back — and it warms up nicely. Very pleased overall and will definitely keep coming back to this brand.

I was very impressed with the packaging and quality of the vest when opening the box. It comes with everything you need, and the charger for the vest also has the capability of charging your phone too! The fleece vest is super soft and warm, even with the heat turned off. With that said, one disappointment was with the lack of a heating element in the front of the vest. I was not aware that this vest ONLY heats your back, shoulders and neck. This does not heat the front of your body. The back and neck is toasty and warm, but the front is cool to the touch, even at the highest setting (on red). For the price point, I would expect this to heat the front as well. Just make sure to carefully read the product description, as it does not mention that the front is heated - only the pockets. I don't always have my hands in the pockets, so I feel like I didn't get a benefit as much from that. Overall, the vest is still nicely made and warm regardless of the heat on/off.

This heated vest is exactly what I need for colder days outside. I love taking long walks and this vest helps me stay warm and not hurry home. The package includes a vest, a battery with a cord and an instructional manual. I charged the battery, attached it to the vest (there is a pocket for it) and pressed the V// button for three seconds as instructed. That did the trick. The vest quickly got warm. I particularly like the neck area, because it is my problem zone and now it is safe. The vest is lightweight, well made and sized as expected. It is long enough to cover my butt, which is very important for me. I can wear this vest under a jacket or a coat. I particularly like the high collar. The fleece polyester feels soft and warm. There is a lining on the inside above the waist. Two zipped side pockets is a big convenience. All zippers run smoothly. I do not have any complaints about the workmanship.

The media could not be loaded. Felt the heat strongest around my neck and shoulder areas, felt nice and toasty. Took about 4 hours to fully charge the battery pack. The seller doesn’t provide a charging port however any port with a USB connection should work. When you put the fully charged battery pack in then press the on button (for 3 seconds) it takes about 5 minutes to warm up. Then you can select the level of heat desired. I personally didn’t feel much of a difference between the settings but I definitely felt the warmth this fleece vest provides. It took a few minutes of wear before I felt the warmth around my body. The switch is accessible and easy to toggle between heating options; it changes colors depending on the level of heat selected and with a 2 second press it’ll turn off. It recommends hand washing, which totally makes sense to me – but it does note that it can be machine washed. When you get it, try it out before removing the primary tag as it clearly notes it must be attached to be returned. Comes with a vinyl bag that looks like it can be stored in. The fit is more functional than flattering, but when I’m cold that’s what I want! This is going to be great to wear for any outdoor activities or adventures in the cold winter months.

I wore this on Halloween night to go trick-or-treating with my kids. At the very start of our evening it began to unexpectedly rain. Despite the chill, I was kept nice and toasty thanks to this vest! Even though it did get rained upon it still worked absolutely perfectly. So far I am really pleased with it!

I was really excited to try this heated vest! The exterior material is super soft and cozy, but I didn’t realize the interior fabric would be different—it’s not plush like the outside, which surprised me a bit. Not a deal-breaker, just something to note if you’re expecting a soft lining throughout. The vest does come with a battery pack, which was easy to charge, and the pocket for it is conveniently placed and easy to access. I’ve only used it once so far, but it heated up nicely and worked well. Overall, I’m happy with it so far and have no complaints.
