With a little help from dad, my daughter bought this spa chair/table for her esthetician business. The old second-hand entry level chair she purchased several years ago when establishing her business finally gave out. And, her back was getting ready to do the same. So, out with the old and in with the new upgrade! She absolutely loves the look, quality, position versatility, and client comfort level this machine provides. She's commented several times about it being a "back saver." For those of you providing spa services, I would recommend giving this model serious consideration. A little pricey, but well worth the investment. The back you save may be your own.

I bought this chair in August of '24. Starting a month ago (Jan '25) I'm noticing the button that brings the top of the chair backward is glitching out. Overall it's a comfy chair for clients but I see about 10 people/day and not being able to use 1 of the main buttons on the back of the chair already isn't great. Hoping the remote will last me without having any further issues.

The media could not be loaded. Love this electric chair, great for lash artist, esthetician, tattoo, etc. I use for tattooing, and it’s been great! Doesn’t show stains from pigment, which is what can happen with a white chair. Electric so moves smoothly up and down, and is very comfortable! Very happy with my purchase.

Chair is good if your client is sitting straight up. If you lean them back, they are not comfortable. The head rest is not adjustable. My clients feel like they are sinking in the middle. To much of a pain to return it or I definitely would.

the best thing about this chair is how it looks, its fairly sturdy for an aesthetic chair, but can't compare with a real medical chair, it rocks on the pedestal a bit, but by far the biggest pain in the neck is how SLOW it goes up and down. Also had one of the rubber feet came off when I was moving and it has been nothing but a fight with the company to have a new one shipped out, EVEN THOUGH chair was under warranty!
