I purchased my first pre-built through cyberpowerpc at the start of the pandemic. I had so many issues but the biggest two were overheating and not being able to upgrade to windows 11. I was nervous about buying another pre-built, but I'm very happy I chose to go with Velztorm. Shipping was extremely fast, may have been due to the fact I live pretty close to them. It was packed with care, all components arrived looking brand new. Everything works perfectly. The case seems great for air flow, I can't get the GPU over 60 degrees celsius no matter what I throw at it. I can't comment on their customer service because I doubt I will ever need to contact them for anything. Overall I'm super happy with my purchase and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Really did not expect such professional build quality. The thing is immaculate and clean, and ran perfect out of the box with zero bloatware on it. Definitely a fan of this company now, they built this rig at a great price and did not disappoint. At this point I have lost count how many times in the last hour this computer has just randomly crashed on me. I think I'm at 7 times now? Maybe 8. I did noticed that my NVIDIA graphics drivers were out of date so I got those set up now. I'm going to reach out to support on Monday to see if there's any further diagnostics that can be fixed. On a positive note, this is a blazingly fast computer and boot up is a blink of an eye. Update. As soon as I got the newest Nvidia drivers installed things stabilized and hasn't crashed since. Upgraded to 2 stars. You'd think they would turn this on before they sent it out.

First, if you're looking for a review about how well this renders games you won't find it here. I use this to convert our BluRays so I can play them in my media center without scratching them. I also convert them to the x265 format to save space, so the conversion process tends to be a little bit longer than it is for other formats. If you are doing conversions, video editing, or anything requiring serious computing power this PC will do great. I can't speak for games - sorry (I don't game). By the way - I cut my time in half on a BluRay I transcoded today. My old PC wasn't slow by any means - I9-9900. Quickly - this thing is a beast. The case is nice and sturdy, both sides easily come off but are not loose by any means. The cabling was well thought out, and in face most of the internal cables are strapped down with velcro bands. There is even a bag included in the HDD rack that has a bunch of extra bands, along with some extra screws for things like attaching HDD/SSD drives to the rack for HDDs or removable plates for the SSDs. There is a bag with all the manuals, some more extra parts, and even a USB key with drivers on it. There was a lot of thought put into this build. I had one issue I had to send a message to the seller about and they were great, and very prompt in getting back to me. Honestly I figured they would because the PC ended up getting to me a day before it was supposed to. The only thing I can think of that might give some people grief is if you are small, or can't lift heavier things that are "awkward". I had to fit this in a wire rack with very little overhead clearance and it was tough. It is heavy and there really isn't a great place to get a good grip on the case. So if you're worried about that, get it anyway and ask someone to help lift it. You won't regret it.

It has been since 2016 that I have bought a computer for myself and this is by far the most expensive one I have ever bought, but have to say it is worth every penny! The packaging of the computer was excellent for such a monster of a computer and was fun unboxing. After I got all my cable managment situated at the back of my desk to connect to this computer - booted it up and with all the RGB fans that are in it, it is super quiet. Really like that all the lighting, cooling and configuration is done through Corsair's iCue software, since I already use it for my mouse and headset. The computer is super snappy when performing any tasks and had a nice suprise that the memory modules are overclocked to run at 5200 mhz. I highly recommend anyone that doesn't want to spend over $4,000 for a computer to grab this one up since it is future proofed for at least 3.5 years of component upgrades.
